Well I don’t understand these reviews at all! Michelle and her team went WAY beyond the call of duty to help us sell my deceased father’s property. I have no words to express my appreciation, gratitude and respect.

Beyond disgusted and disappointed with the services of Wheaton Real Estate. They have officially screwed us over TWICE. A couple years ago we inquired about a house. They advised us to apply and then would show the house. We applied and paid the fees only to be told THE NEXT DAY that the house has been rented. Total BS. Why would they even let us apply?!

Recently we applied with them again to see a house in Port Norris and of course, paid their fees. The first showing, the tenants were still living at the property so we couldn’t get a good feel. Plus, it was the realtor’s first time seeing the property so she had zero information. We requested a second showing and made an appointment for the girl to not show up. We called the agency to be told she called out sick and no one else could help us because they didn’t have keys to the property. No courtesy call about the cancelled appointment. We just received an email from the realtor asking if we wanted to reschedule the showing and also that the landlord wants to have it filled by May 1st. Is she kidding?! We told her at the first showing we needed to submit a 45 notice of intent to vacate to our landlord in writing. She said that was fine...suddenly we have less than 2 weeks? Come on!! And they don’t even have keys! She has to call a handy man to let us in. Ugh.

To top the whole thing off, I called to express my concerns to the owner to be told she’s on the phone and would call me back but she didn’t take down my number. Just said goodbye. What. The. Heck.

I’m so upset. It has taken us years to find a place that fit our needs and budget. I thought this was going to be it but it’s been ripped away by unprofessionalism. I could just cry.

They were the selling agent, not our agent. The agent was an absolute horror. We had to move the settlement date because she didn’t do her job. Only got the township inspection for CO 2 days prior to the second settlement date, would not let us get an estimate for a new roof. Claimed the broker wouldn’t use docusign, as owners were out of state, and had my agent do the contract. Delay, delay, delay, that was her tactic. She took any joy of buying a new home from us. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Never returns phone calls. Claimed they wrote a letter but it was never received. No follow through. Would not recommend. Zero service or professionalism. Lost 6 weeks of time waiting for these people.
***Since this post they contacted me and we are now moving forward and things are as they should be. They are very knowledgeable of the south millville area real estate market.
