Hello - I would like to start off by saying The Wethergage Team has been and is a pleasure to work with on a professional level. And they have 45 plus yrs experience, in Property Management.
Steve and Brett have been managing my parents three properties for over 25 years. There's been a few challenges with tenants throughout the tenure, however I will say they've addressed all the issues and concerns expeditious, professionally and fair. Wethergage has managed our rental properties in Orange County for many years. They are very responsible and professional. Over the years, we have navigated many ups and downs that one typically encounters in holding rental properties--leaks, eviction of renters, remodeling, etc. They quickly find new renters thus keeping vacancy costs to a minimum. I especially like their network of contractors. If you need something done, Wethergage can find a contractor to take care of the issue at a good price. Bret and Steve have been wonderful to work with.

That's not the case, it shows how poor of a memory you have. I submitted the application right away. I have the emails where I asked on status. I called you multiple times, and you replied you will get back to me. I called the office and a Bret answered and said you were in a meeting and you will call me later which never happened. Just admitted that you are incompetent, and probably should retire by now

I'm amazed that a landlord would actually use this property management to handle their properties. This character Steve, doesn't even pick up his phone and give you status once you submit paperwork to rent one of the houses lister on their website. Although he is very old, so in essence he might forget alot of things due to his old age. Don't waste your time looking here.

I highly recommend Steve for any rental needs you have. He is also an excellent real estate agent and has helped our family many times in the past.

My husband and I had a horrible experience with this company. The person we worked with (Karen Whethergage) was very nice and personable but does not check her emails, causing her to give us false information about what was collected from us including money for credit checks and personal documents. Then, we called back for a simple status check after 3 days of waiting, someone named Brett answered saying no one was in the office and he couldn't help. He was extremely rude. The next day, we were told we got approved after I called 3 different times for status checks. The following day, we were then told the owner changed his mind after we had already been sent the utility lists and began putting utilities in our name. The reason they gave us was so bogus and I asked them why they told us yes just to turn around and tell us no. They never replied. Working with them was a nightmare and a waste of money.

Don't do your business by this company, Karen is a nice person, but she never ever follow up with your issues. All needs Steve approval who if the money goes in his pocket is a nice person, otherwise he refers you to go to court, and in some point he is so RUDE. You will end up with regret by doing your business through this company. DON"T TO DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
