Worst corporate landlords out there. Avoid at all costs! We have had so many leaks, our walls grew a fungus out of the walls and there are SO MANY COCKROACHES. The pest control came for less than 30 seconds and did zero help so we bought traps and they fill up in two weeks. The leaks have continuously been happening and the communication has been terrible and it’s all words but no action. We have gotten sick a lot and we suspect it’s due to the mold. If I could rate them worse than 1 star I would. I’m writing this review after finding a cockroach in my coffee cup. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Lisa was so incredibly helpful as my renter’s agent, I never would have found my apartment in Chicago if it weren’t for her. Also incredibly responsive and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. She handled all the communications between the landlord as well which made the process very smooth for me.
