I’ve been a tenant since 2017, Westmar property management is by far the best company to rent from. I have had salons all over Murrieta and have been through hell with the landlords taking advantage of tenants.
Westmar has always taken care of me, I can’t express how grateful I am to the amazing team!
Mark and Allison Esbensen are who I owe everything to, if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be able to open my doors to the public and run my business to be able to provide for my family.
Westmar has the dream team working behind the scenes like Jacqueline Krause! She’s the senior property manager and I can’t thank her enough for how hard she works! I’ve bothered her on her days off and after hours and she always answered any of my concerns promptly! She goes above and beyond for us tenants!
Renee Carpio is another amazing example of why I’m still a tenant, she is the Property Assistant and every time I’ve ever had a concern she always went above and beyond to making sure it was addressed.
I can’t express enough the gratitude I have to Westmar! Thank You all for everything and keeping the rates at an affordable range, even with the inflation I’m able to still keep my doors open!
You all are amazing and I’m very fortunate to be one of your tenants.

Could not have asked for better service or more prompt attention. Pipe broke, or something, which caused a horrible "sewage" smell.
Gas Co was sent. Property Mgmt rep was on-site right away ! KUDOS to all involved.

I was just at Kaiser Wildomar where my healthcare was great. But the room was disgusting. The paint was peeling off the wall! Westmar is the property manager. Who let's this happen? I took pictures. I know we are in a poor area but I am sure it would cost you less than $100 to fix it...this is a Healthcare facility. You should be ashamed.
