Kaci is the best person I ever rented from. I can honestly say when my son & I moved in she was top knot. My son was 17 with mild CP & she would watch from her office making sure he got in safe & even offered to help me if needed. My apartment flooded from the apartment next door one call & she was there. Till this day we are still friends.

This has got to be the most unprofessional area ever to get apartments!! Nobody answers the phone!!! Like really? How can u rent out apartments when your never on your job!!? U should always have somebody there even if u don't have apartments available!! Even the emergency number they provide don't anybody pick up!! Like come on walker county!! Get it together!!!

Tried to contact the lady that works here multiple times over the course of about two weeks, and she is never there during her office hours said on her voicemail. Honestly ridiculous.
