I was really disappointed with my experience at Western Slope Property Management, especially after seeing so many positive reviews. I expected a seamless and professional process, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I was informed there were multiple applicants, but I was led to believe it was a first-come, first-served process. While we weren’t the first to see the property, we were the very first applicants to apply. Despite meeting all legal and financial requirements, I was completely ghosted and never given any response—not even a denial or explanation. Kassie, in particular, was unresponsive and unprofessional, refusing to communicate or provide any reason why my application wasn’t accepted.

On top of that, we paid $50 per applicant plus $32 each for the TransUnion screening, only to be left in the dark. I feel completely duped and misled. If a company is going to charge non-refundable fees, they should at least provide a clear and timely decision instead of stringing people along and ignoring them.

If a company claims to prioritize fairness and transparency, they should at least have the decency to communicate with applicants instead of leaving them in the dark. I was hoping for a smooth experience, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and misled.

If you’re looking for a property management company that values honesty and responsiveness, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere

We had the most amazing experience with Kat at western slope pm. In a pinch and a stressful situation, Kat went above and beyond for our family. Should worked with our timeline and situation to get us into a Panoma Park Townhome. She also checked in with us during our lease term and continues to be amazing afterwards. Jay was also amazing working with us on some internet issues we faced and remembered our family throughout our stay. This has been our best experience working with a PM company.

My boyfriend and I walked into western slopes after getting scammed from account on Facebook. Jay took action immediately and gave us the number to accounting sheriffs office. He helped us find many living options and we actually found a perfect match that day. I want to sincerely thank Jay for his service he provided. Great company!

Western Slope Property Management has been a very professional company to rent from, while also displaying understanding toward their renters. It’s nice to find a combination of the two. No slumlords here, thank goodness. Just real people working hard to provide good quality housing for real working folks like my family. My maintenance requests have always been answered in a timely fashion. Good communication between renters and management. Respectful staff. Reasonable rent and fees. They switched owners and names while I was renting with them, but had a great experience with both! They were honest and went above and beyond for me, which showed even more during such a crazy market time. (With the properties going so fast at that time, as well as me being a state away, most other places led me on like the property was still available until I put in a nonrefundable application, to which they then told me they'd gone with someone else.)
