Business owners? That's a joke. These people are as good at their business as the dumpster diving cracked head in my dumpster scrounging for copper to flip for drug money. But they know that and won't do anything about their horrible business. Also, all those high rating reviews below are fake inflation reviews to help improve their overall rating.

I have updated my rating from 2 years ago (before my fiance and I got involved with our HOA). I changed it from a 1 star to a 5 star. We have worked with Susanne and WPM for the past 2 years and we can confidently and honestly say that we have really enjoyed working with Susanne and WPM. Susanne has a long history of knowledge and experience. It just takes positive communication and working towards is fair and best for all in the community.

I live in Woodbridge. This company is the new property management for my association. I'm going to start off with them righting me up for things that were in my porch and threatening to fine me. I called to let them know I had nothing on my porch. I spoke to Suzanne who is the owner. She was very rude and insisted I remove the items from my porch. I took a picture sent her an email. I got no response. Then I called and spoke to a gentleman named David and I was told not to worry about it and the person who was writing up units was putting the wrong unit number. I called her to let her know about the parts of my balcony that was dry rottting. She told me to send a photo. I emailed the photo and never got a response. I called back several times and she was unavailable. I called a couple of weeks ago and a different lady answered and I told her about the dry rotting and she gave me the number to City Scape. I called City Scape several times and finall got a response last week. A man named Eric came out on Wednesday and said it was termites and he would let the association know. I spoke to Eric this morning and he still had not turned the info in to the property management. This is where everything went left. The same lady who gave me the number to City Scape Answered. I recognized her voice and started explaining what was going on. She said she did not get be me the number to City Scape she would've given me the number to the exterminator and she was talking over me and would not let me talk. I told her she was not listening and that I did not know about the termites until the guy came out from City Scape which is the number she gave me initially. She transferred me to Suzanne who was rude when she answered the phone. She told me the girl that answered the phone tried to give me the number to the exterminator. I said I'm trying to let you know what City Scape said and I would like to know the next steps. Suzanne said in a rude manner that there have been storms over the weekend and that trees have fell down which is more important than my termites! I was shocked because it stopped raining Saturday today is Tuesday. I told her I was the renter and I've been there for 15 years the owner lives out of town and I always take care of everything and I give her the details and she takes over. Susan said she does not tk to the renters. She talked to me months ago. She also said she did not have time to talk to me about termites because she had more important calls on hold. My call is important and the termites are on the wood structures on the front porch of my unit and on my sons balcony and the balcony is not stable. I called back and I spoke to David who was very patient and calm. He explained what I should do in a professional manner. Susan and the girl that answer the phone is very rude, impatient, unprofessional and do not care about the tenant. I am a licensed real estate agent and this is just not right. I will be taking more steps to report this company.

The worst experience ever. Horrible in every aspect. If I could give this zero stars I would. I also want to mention DAVID & SUZANNE. I want the world to know how horrible they were being. I would never ever ever ever recommend going here. Don’t waste your time and money. I hope D & S both see this and feel ashamed.

They are non responsive and don’t care! I spoke with one of the owners and she couldn’t be bothered! Homeowners aren’t getting with they are paying for.

today i went to complain about some issues that makes the managements look bad so maybe that could help them improving their services and become more professional but unfortunately got kicked out of the office the manager on site does not want to listen to my concerns such bad team on site at buena park ,, buena la vista
