West Point Property Management has been taking care of my rental in Huntington Beach starting in 2924. I had successfully managed my own properties for years, but lately it seems that tenants are getting flakier and flakier. West Point not only found me excellent tenants but also is doing a stellar job of keeping my townhome in excellent repair as well. The cost is nominal, and they are prompt at addressing my concerns, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their people are the best. Hiring West Point to manage my property was the best thing I could have done. Having responsive, caring professionals to handle issues that arise has been invaluable. They have, without doubt, been worth every penny of their monthly fee. My rental is a bit older and Westpoint has overseen electrical problems, fence/gate replacement, and appliance repairs. Their staff is quick to return calls and email and they are always courteous and seem concerned about me and my tenants. The rental they manage for me is the only one I have. I'm not a big property owner but they make me feel like I'm their most important client anyway. When something needs attention at my property, I used to stress about it but West Point has alleviated all that. It's nice to work with a company that always comes through when you need them!
