West Park Villas is the PLACE TO BE! I just moved out to Lancaster a few weeks ago for a job out here, and let me just say - West Park Villas was the best place in many aspects. First off, the management team here was the best! When I came out here to tour apartments, other places had rude management and people who didn’t seem to care. This was not the case with WPV- the entire management team was passionate about the place and were super friendly! Jennifer was amazing and was with me the entire time helping me through everything. Everyone in the office was also super friendly and have been able to answer any question I’ve had - thank you to Alex, Elizabeth, and Sherette! I also want to shout out Joel the maintenance guy! He was able to move around his schedule so that I was able to move in earlier than I had expected to - which made my move in process a whole lot easier! I love my apartment - it is amazing and has completely new appliances and anything I have a question about I can easily reach out to management. The area is super quiet and safe - I have had 0 issues!

If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and family friendly place, look no further than West Park Villas!

This is a hidden gem of the Antelope Valley that I will always recommend to anyone. Lived here for a year and a half with no complaints. There was always plenty of covered parking, gated community, two laundry rooms, a comfy small gym, and a big nice outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Pricing was really good for the amount of rooms we got compared to other apartments in the area. This place was exceptionally family friendly and there was never a day I did not feel safe. The maintenance crew was always fast and prompt. Lastly, the management holds monthly events for the residents and a summer bingo party!

Only con: kind of small kitchen.

I've lived at West Park Villas for almost 10 months now and I have very much enjoyed my apartment. The entire apartment complex is actually really nice and the property is well maintained. The maintenance professionals are really cool people and respond quickly to my requested work orders and always resolve anything broken or that needs fixed in my apartment. The entire management team is extremely courteous and understanding; they actually do care a lot about their tenants, especially Sherette who’s been outstanding! My neighbors are respectful and easy to get along with. Security is patrolling at certain times which is great. For me, West Park Villas in Lancaster CA has definitely been a great place to live.

Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood besides the morning grass cutters. The area stays clean! Maintenance takes care of stuff with little to no wait for an appointment.

I wanted to share my experience with our application to the West Park Villas apartment and how Sherette Cadle walked us through the process with utmost care and professionalism .
What we felt also was very important was the warmth and welcome she gave from the very beginning. She was very detailed and patient with all the paperwork that we needed to turn in and also respectful of our timeline.

We inspected the apartment which was impeccably clean and fresh, everything in working order and loved the detailed house warming gift box.

We are happy that we were approved and found a delightful home!

I relocated to Lancaster for work and was under a time crunch to find a place to live. While in that process, I toured numerous complexes in and around the city, looking for a place that fit specific requirements I wasn’t willing to bend on, safety, price range, and the overall general feel and look of the apartment, just to name a few. West Park was one of the first complexes my family and I toured on a very long apartment list, but it was the complex my family and I felt the best about moving into.
What ultimately solidified our decision was how warm and welcoming the staff was to my family and me when we first walked through the office doors. Sherette took the time to give us a tour of the complex and show us an apartment. Then took the time to answer a host of questions we had for her. She helped us find the best pricing and has been an absolute all-star in assisting me with addressing issues, from not being able to set up specific accounts to even staying late after work one day to make sure that I could meet a deadline for move-in. I’m telling you! This staff is a bunch of all-stars! The apartment is a good size, the area where I live is quiet, my neighbors are friendly, and I feel this complex is safer than most. If you are relocating or simply looking for a different place to live, I highly recommend West Park Villas.

Just moved out after two years and wanted to shoutout Jennifer and Alex in the leasing office. They’ve always been friendly and professional with us. Any time there was an issue, it was resolved almost immediately. Maintenance team was great as well!
