I have been happy here I moved into a newly renovated 2 bed 2.5 bath. The maintenance guys are very quick and responsive and the office staff is exceptional in their professionalism and approach to any issues. I have a one car garage to park however aside from that parking is not very difficult in the open parking in the complex. I have a great neighbor downstairs and ai like that it’s two units per lobby door. The walls are definitely a little thin but nothing a sound machine or your TV doesn’t block out. The property is clean and there is a pool in the development and laundry is the only thing that doesn’t make it 100% laundry is on the premises in laundry room next to every few units. Overall it’s a great town and neighborhood we moved for the high school so yes awesome school district!

I've been here 7 days, and it's rained inside of my home 3 separate times. The light in the hallway is heavily rusted, which is an indicator that this issue is not new. This is a safety fire hazard! I've raised the issue to maintenance immediately, and they advised the roofer would come out, of which he did not. Tiffany advised they can't patch anything up in the event the roofer has to go back in. The nonchalant demeanor of a potential fire hazard is very off-putting as a (returning) new time renter here!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!! These people will do everything in their power to charge you with unnecessary stuff. They charge too much for the little they provide. With all the money I pay, parking is first come first serve and most of the people that is parked in the spaces don't even live here. If you have kids trust me DON'T MOVE HERE, they have a thing called quiet hours, my child can't even play or do anything between certain times. Save your money and look for somewhere else to live, this is not the place for you.

Maintenance of the common facilities is horrendous. The pool is filthy by the end of the season and the laundry rooms are always disgusting. The machines are also constantly broken, so good luck ever getting it done.

Attached pictures are of the laundry room about a month into fall, meaning the place hadn't been cleaned since the leaves started falling (as indicated by them covering the floor).

Nicer places to rent in the area for not much more. Will likely be moving on once the lease is up.

If you are looking for an apartment complex with terrible service and unprofessional staff, look no further than here. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Maintenance Issues:
The maintenance team is beyond unreliable. Heather is unprofessional, rude and seems to care about finding any corner she can hide in to chain smoke instead of addressing concerns. Requests take forever to be addressed, and even when someone finally show up, the work is terrible and often incomplete. Basic repairs like fixing a leaky sink or a light switch seem to be too much to handle

Rude and Unhelpful Staff:
Dealing with the office staff is a frustrating ordeal. They are rude, dismissive, and act as though they’re doing you a favor just by speaking with you. Any questions or concerns are met with condescension, and they are completely unwilling to help. Instead of addressing problems, they make excuses or blame the tenants.

I have lived here for over four years now, and I am continually impressed by the accommodating nature of the staff. Whether it’s lawn maintenance or service requests, which are often attended to the same day, the team consistently goes above and beyond. The environment is welcoming, and my neighbors are always friendly. It's a wonderful community to be a part of.

I edit my previous review as I finally got in touch with the property manager who was very accommodating and pleasant to speak to. She reached out to me multiple times on different occasions to fix some of the issues in my apartment and explained when she would be able to get someone to fix the other issues. I am still upset about the sewage backup in my apartment as that is not something someone wants to come home to after a long days work. The apartments are a little on the older side and I just happen to be in one of the non renovated ones so I have issues that others may not experience. The outside property is kept prim and proper and is quite beautiful in the Spring and Summer. The huge pool is a great addition but the laundry rooms could use some attention They have plenty of dog areas that provide waste bags which is also a plus. I give this complex a 3/5 because it could still use some work but if I could rate the property manager herself I would have to give her a 5/5.
