I rented a house in Temecula from Nicolas Brown in one day no running more credit or anything so if you wanna rent the house very easily, you can, but don’t pay him to rent out your house cause he doesn’t run credit so I was in desperate need of a house so he promised me that everything was OK. Two days later the house was flooded with sewage water. I have pictures and videos beware of this person, Nicholas Brown do not pay him to rent your house and do not trust him to rent a house oh on top of that he brings his best friend to fix it and there is pictures of how professional Brad was lemon dust all over never covered anything left all the boxes and wood after he was done and I was still living in the property as he was working on it so beware of Nick Brown and his friend Brad, that will come fix your house. It’s not a professional. He just someone that he wanted to help out because it was his friend.
