Pam is a fantastic real estate agent, truly one of the best I have ever worked with. She has lived in the Auburn area for many years and understands the different neighborhoods very well. Pam was on top of the entire process, including negotiating a purchase price adjustment based on the results of the inspections that were performed. She introduced us to a mortgage broker who did a great job, an insurance broker who delivered a comprehensive insurance policy at a reasonable rate, and inspectors for the house (home, pest, chimney). She made sure everything was completed on time in a compressed closing timeline, and we ended up closing on the day scheduled. Beyond closing, Pam has provided references and introductions to contractors of all types, health clubs, doctors, even a hairdresser for my wife.
