Hilariously, I started out thinking I didn’t need a realtor. I’m smart, I can look up how to do this and cut out the middle man and keep this percentage, right? Uh, wrong.

I started solo but found within ten minutes that I was in over my head with terminology, statutes, just SO many things. My friend explained “Realtors are like magic school grads.
