Welton Realty & Royal lending went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. We never worked with a real estate company like this before!!! Yes, we really did “Experience the Difference.” We were introduced to Tim, Alan & Chris, through a good friend of ours. I left a message for Tim, and within minutes he contacted me back and set an appointment to see the house, which was a short sale. He was extremely knowledgeable about the short sell process and explained everything including the obstacles of buying a short sale. Tim is very responsive to calls and texts. We just sold a home with Tim and could not be happier. We had a challenging sale since we had only lived in the house 11 months. I spoke with a different realtor to begin with and she told us we would have to eat about $18,000 to get out of the house! I saw a rave review of Tim on a neighborhood page so I contacted him for a second opinion. He took on our challenge with enthusiasm and we ended up making a bit on the sale!

Update:
I just wanted to update my review as Tim has assisted us again with our real estate needs in what was a very stressful time in our lives, and we are so grateful to Tim for helping us sell our most recent home so quickly and with such ease. As soon as we are ready to buy a home again we will be using Tim without hesitation!

We were fortunate enough to find Tim as he was putting up a sign at a home that had not even gone on the market yet that he was listing. We loved the home, and we decided to put an offer on the home. Even though Tim was not our agent at the time and it was a short sale, he provided the best service to us and made the process very smooth. After that experience with Tim, we knew we wanted him as our agent for our future real estate needs, and we have had the pleasure of having him as our agent for the sale of that home, and the purchase of our newest home which was not an easy task this go around! We looked at over 25 plus homes in over 4 cities! We also appreciate the help of Allan and Chris with the financing of our new home.
