Anyone that moves into 630 East Pleasant Street get ready to deal with dirty neighbors, Mice, and raw sewage back up every other day. 😉 The foundation is uneven too so good luck getting them to replace the broken up pieces of flooring. 😊 You have no front porch, there’s a huge uneven crack in the foundation right when you walk out the door. The neighbors also treat the yard like their own personal junk yard. Car bumpers, pallet jacks, and couches all over the yard. Make sure you keep your two cans because they’ll never take the garbage out. Mice and Gardner snakes come up through the vents constantly. You also have no central air and no washer or dryer. 😉 good luck getting these chumps to do anything for you.

Yall ain’t sorry, Yall are slumlord chumps. Allowing dirty filthy people to trash your property. Definitely not worth 1025. Rion is fat slob that wants money. Not to help people. If Yall want to stay in good health DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.! I’ll have a great lawsuit if my doctor finds cause that raw sewage from this property is the cause of my health issues. 💖

This agency was the 3rd agency I called when looking for a realtor. I couldn't get anyone on the phone until I called this agency. Rion answered the phone quickly and got me set up with Alex and the service was amazing. Alex was quick to answer any questions we had and informed us every step of the way. Will be breaking my lease! I've complained & complained, I've called & talked to them, texted & reported mold in the kitchen, & in the basement. You can smell the mold when you turn the heat on coming through the vents, there a leak in the roof where when it rains it rains in my bedroom & it has happened 3 times I've been here 2 months. The complex keeps their garbage in the rear of the complex which is where my window is located & it stinks & overflows cause the tenants do not put the cans out for garbage pick up & I can't open my window for fresh air cause it stinks! My neighbors are extremely loud and inconsiderate they run & stomp up and down the basement stairs whereas our bedrooms connects our access to the basement. I have all of these complaint documented
