Wedgewood Gardens is beyond perfect for a young renter like myself. The whole process went so well from meeting Reneta in the rental office to my move in date.. I came to look for an apartment after being not happy about a property near by not owned by this company. She immediately took my Dad and I on a tour and gained our confidence that this was the right decision. It is very quiet so far and perfect to come home to after a hard days work. I would recommend Wedgewood Gardens to any one in the area looking for a great living environment.

It's not what it seems. I ask for help because of noisy neighbors and they don't do anything to help you. People who don't live in the apartment above bring a child every day who runs and jumps. You can't take a nap or eat quietly in your own apartment. It's horrible to live like this.

And ceiling is starting to crack and some pices of Sheetrock or Spacko is on floor kid don’t stop run

Since I left the review, they haven't done anything. The child who DOESN'T LIVE HERE keeps running around screaming and now he's even using a skateboard. And I don't see any help coming from you. WE WANT TO REST AND HAVE DINNER IN PEACE. When are you going to do something?

I have lived here for over 13 years what a wonderful place to live and the maintenance crew is the best just a phone call away. Renanta no words to describe what a professional person she is when renting apartments. I am blessed for living in such a great place. Thank you to all.

One of the quieter and safer complexes in the area. Feels like a neighborhood. The renovation they did on our apartment was beautiful.

Renata in the leasing office is exceptionally pleasant and always willing to help with whatever you may need.

One caveat is that smoking is allowed in the units and even if tenants smoke on the balcony, if your windows are open youre going to get that in your apartment. We would have stayed but we lived beneath a smoker and next to one.

Good pricing for the area. Neighborhood is decent. Room for pets and recently redone laundry room. Leasing staff is very helpful and professional. They work to accommodate you. Good experience here!
