I put my other side of my duplex up for rent with these guys and the management was awful rude unprofessional and they treated my tenants like garbage very nosy and they were harassing my tenants about went that was two months late even though I personally had came to an understanding with them the epitome of greed incarnate.
I would highly recommend finding someone else.

I have my 4 plex managed by these guys all of my tenants left these guys are the epitome of some one you should not hire and give landlords like myself a bad name seriously I don't know where they hired this one guy jewish fellow.

Horrible experience, all the negative comments about them are 100% true. I just moved out after 2 years of HELL with these slum lords. They didnt give me my deposit, they raised rent, I was paying $1250 for a TINY STUDIO! When you call these animals they dont even respond, the man is rude and they try to evict you even when you tell them the rent will be late a week.

If you are a slum Lord and you need some slumlord managers these are your guys but if you ever have the displeasure of renting in one of those buildings oh my god I don't know where they found the staff but rude disgusting nosy creeps

We’ve moved into a unit at 1204 Hemingway chapel road. We’ve voiced concerns about trash everywhere, just disgusting hallways, now we find out we have mold with a POSITIVE mold sample, they literally told us it doesn’t matter they’ll send maintenance, who by the way is a private contractor not certified to deal with mold mitigation, not only that, he JOKED about mold two floors up with a tenant that had to be moved because their mold was so bad. They pick and choose what messages to respond to and threaten a lot. If they’re not willing to remedy this situation and work with us to create a successful resolve we will be taking the next steps in an aggressively legal manner. I have picture proof for anyone curious. I will also video chat anyone who would like to see and show our issues in real time.

I may not be an English major, but if I were to define slumlord, I would give the example of this company. I rented a unit from them last year, vastly overpriced even for the greedy rental market that was artificially inflated. Why would I say that? Well for starters I can't open my window without it instantly falling out. But hey, I can tolerate some poor work.. mistakes happen. But I don't think poor work excuses the hole in my wall where they attempted to put an intercom system or the lack of repainting on the thermostat that had to be replaced because the heat didn't work for about 25 days this past winter. It's okay though. Whenever I get upset I can climb into my shower that actually has hot water. It only lasts about 10 minutes and the water heater likely has mold behind it because they never fixed it before the units were upgraded, but hey... at least the waterbill is cheap when there's only one person using it... nope. Here they think they are allowed to overcharge with a second charge in addition to your rent. Now I know that in a home with 5 people, right in town with a dishwasher, clothes washer, and and children who loved baths often costs around 45-55 bucks a month. This place charges just me 35. Weird, innit?
I'm not even going to guess how much of my security deposit will be stolen when I'm out of here. I mean, they offered me a $300 gift card for the difficulty in actually getting my keys on my move in day.... only took me 3 months to get it after I demanded it in writing and eventually withheld that amount in my rent.
Whomever owns this place should be deeply ashamed, because my issues don't even scrape the tip of the iceberg. Between illegal eviction attempts on a disabled couple to charging the maintenance team more in rent then they actually pay them or the roof shingles falling off and hitting someone in the head because of disrepair.. they have no empathy. No humanity. I would advise against renting here no matter what.
