I can not praise Pete and his team enough. Moving to California was a rough enough transition. Finding a home in California in this competitive market... Talk about a headache that him and his team took on for me. They pulled off the impossible.

First let me start, they respected my right to be an Independent Buyer. I was motivated and on a time line. I came with my pre-approval and made it clear I was Independent. They never pressured me to do business with them, they let me do it on my own. They gained my loyalty by being there.

Next, I am a Veteran with a baby on the way. I believe I earned my right to 0 down home loan. VA home loans are not really zero down. You have to pay closing costs. As you know that can get pretty expensive.

Not only that... I am cheap. They managed to help me find and get a home into Escrow for at $0 cost to me. They worked out for the seller to take on all closing costs. And having a baby on the way, we can use all the money we can get.

Pete and his team did a great job. 5 star service all the way.

i had to share this issue regarding Watson property management, as ive used them in the past and they were fine, and i know Mary C in the reality side, as shes great, but as far as the rental devision, they dont care for some of there rental properties that are listed currently, as they have one now that looks like it hasnt been serviced in 3 months, and its in a very nice part of the SW, and i did contact them about it to try and help and let them know, but i never heard back after i told them the issue, as i was just asked to call in, but they got the email, and pics have been taken and such, as i cant believe they
would allow one of there places to look that way, as its the owners fault of course, but its there property now, as thats not cool at all, and i hope they pay more attention down the road,as i would think they want to rent it right?, and i know complaints have been made already. Stay well all and take care!

My experience has been very good. The employees were helpful during the application process and during the moving in details. All maintenance has been handled promptly and efficiently. I really like that there are multiple ways to get ahold of someone and the management is very knowledgeable of current laws and regulations for housing. If and when we need to move, we will be checking through Watson again.

Such an unprofessional reception staff. I went there to pick up some keys, which they told me had been picked up, but they couldn't tell me who they gave the keys to because they don't make people sign for keys, which was very surprising to me. After they looked around and still couldn't find keys, they doubled down that the keys had been picked up and they even gave details about the person that picked them up and his appearance. I got a call from my agent a few minutes after I left and apparently the keys were found. So one of their receptionists logged that the keys had been picked up, made up a story about who picked them up, and insisted that she followed the correct process that Watson has for handing out keys, when in reality, none of what she said actually happened. I would not work with anyone in this office for any real estate transactions in the future mainly because their reception staff seems very unreliable and untrustworthy, not qualities I want in a real estate company.

April Martinez was my property manager. Her responses to emails and servicing was unbelievably quick. Watson and April were always on top of my property with service calls, inspections, contracts and bids.

April always kept my units rented and kept me informed of issues and always responded to my emails and calls. April had the answers when I had the questions. April I appreciate you and all the things you and your staff did for me.

We worked with Christi Taber and she was amazing! She went above and beyond for us. She got us the price we wanted. She came in and helped us declutter and stage the house. The pictures and video looked great on Realtor. She rode my rollercoaster ride gracefully, as this move was not desired. I highly recommend Christi!

Worst Real Estate Company in town for buying or selling. In selling a home Tammy Watson will tell you that if you're not happy with their work there are no fees to cancel the contract. Then when you try to cancel you get pushed off, ignored and then told she doesn't have the authority to say no fees for her lousy job performance.
She went over the contract so quick, reading line for line wasn't even possible. Then had to go to the office and request a copy of contract. No, she doesn't give you a copy.There will be a shaby basic description, no paragraph telling about the home. She will Not answer calls or return them. People wanting to buy the house can't even get ahold of her for viewings, but they will come to your door asking to see the house. So basically you sell your own house! Watson Realty is extremely dishonest, unprofessional and thieves. Realtors work for clients, not the other way around. Oh and then they still want paid for not doing the job they're hired to do!

So far has been a great Experience. We have had issues but work them out as with anywhere you live! Their job is harder then you all think. I give them a 5 for caring enough when our family needed them.
