I live in arkansas. our house burned to the ground in July. we decided to go a different route. We have always loved lillian since a friend let us use his place. So we decided to look. Kim made it the easiest process. We have never purchased with a Realtor so was very new. With the new laws Kim needed us to sign a form, we wasn't comfortable with this. Had questions when she told me she prayed about this she worded it where it was simplified for us newbies. She video chat with me a property and we loved her from then on. Fast forward to September we made the trip met in person. Fell in love with a totally different place. Back home dealing with even worse personal issues. I went to go see a manufactured home in Lillian Alabama where I was originally looking for a house to be closer to my kids. I didn't have a realtor at the time. I met Kim, who was the realtor for the lady selling her home. Instantly upon meeting her I knew I wanted her help in my home buying experience. She took me on with no questions asked. Fortunately for her she was in the process of getting married and building her personal life and knew she didn't currently have the time to dedicate to me at that very moment. (Which was totally understandable.) I was in a rush to buy and needed a place to call home ASAP. She then introduced me to her partner Kattie. Kattie was/is amazing. We looked at multiple properties and went through some annoying setbacks (not on her part.) She stood by me and motivated me the entire way. I'm 32 years old and have never owned anything in my life, so the home buying process was tedious and uncharted territory. Kattie made it a breeze. She brought donuts to the closing (i shared i loved sweets) and she made me feel comfortable and not so alone. Warner Realty is a 10 out of 10.
