The management said we needed to wait one year to get a permit to get a parking spot for the third car at our new town home, because the parking spaces are limited. We got a parking ticket at the time we moved in and had no idea this was a permit parking. What kind of sick joke is this? I got better parking spaces at apartments than this and this is what we get for buying a nearly million dollar home? This is a three bedroom house and we’re being limited to a two car garage and having us to park the third car across a neighborhood? I’m absolutely reaching out to the DRE and the city. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Express my disappointment with the warranty service provided for the bi-fold doors that were installed in my home. As a homeowner, I was expecting to have peace of mind knowing that any issues encountered with the doors would be covered, as outlined in the warranty offered by your company.

Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Due to a change of contract during the build, the installing company decided to stop installing doors in the midst of our home being built. This forced the builder to use another company to install the remaining doors, leaving homeowners in Phase 1 with no point of contact and information as to how to request warranty service requests.

Despite multiple attempts to have the issues resolved, the installation company has repeatedly denied that the warranty is applicable in my situation. This issue has left me with a faulty and unusable door that cannot be replaced or fixed under warranty.

As a loyal customer of your company, I feel let down by this experience. I would like to kindly request that you assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I believe that it is unfair for me to pay for a faulty door that was installed and then dismissed when I requested rightful warranty service.

I would like to express my recent experience as a buyer of a Warmington home, which unfortunately turned out to be quite distressing. Throughout the entire process, I encountered various challenges and received inadequate support in addressing my concerns. It is disappointing to see that the lack of responsiveness to customer inquiries seems to be a recurring theme within the Warmington organization. Below, I have attached email correspondences from Michele and Mickie, which clearly exhibit the disregard and border on negligence that I experienced. The close date was actually 75 days past the promised day.

Michele, on multiple occasions, chose to ignore my emails. Firstly, when I inquired about closing costs credits, she failed to respond in a timely manner, which left me in a state of uncertainty. After waiting for five days, I finally concluded that no response could be interpreted as an actual response. When she eventually replied, her offer of a $2,000 credit was presented as non-negotiable. However, I took the liberty of informing her that I had received advice against accepting this credit. Surprisingly, she did not respond to this and proceeded to submit a non-executed addendum to the escrow during the closing process. Due to her lack of care and attention, I was forced to personally wire $2,000 to the escrow account in order to meet the closing deadline. The closing itself was an even more chaotic event, as Mickie had the necessary paperwork weeks in advance, which Michele failed to provide.

The need to wire $2,000 to the escrow account arose due to a perform or quit letter issued by Mickie, which was dated for July 7th. Michele, in error, submitted a non-executed addendum to escrow, in order to fix we would have passed the perform date. Had this $2,000 not been wire, we would have surpassed the perform or quit date, resulting in the cancellation of the sale. It is worth noting that the only reason we were able to obtain the necessary paperwork from Mickie was because Michele was absent from work and directed us to consult with the temporary staff for any required paperwork. Consequently, we approached Mickie directly, only to discover that they had possessed the necessary paperwork for weeks, thus letting us know that the additional $6,500 spent on rate locks, was an utter waste.

Please consider this as feedback regarding my unpleasant customer experience with Warmington. I trust that this information will be valuable in identifying areas for improvement within your organization. To be honest, the only pleaseant experience I have had with Warminton, has been with Ryan Bird.

Please let me know who I can speak to about this matter. I would like to handle this amicably, before I file with DRE and hand this over to my attorney to recoup the material damages.

Please reference the emails below to Mickie and Micehle attached that show Warmington had the documents needed to close, weeks earlier and Michele was unable to produce, thus costing me an additional $6500 in Lock extentions.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE after you purchase their home. They are supposed to provide us with 1 year customer service but they became MIA after few months. The customer service manager that was in charge of providing service to our unit quit while doing service to issues that was ongoing on the building. Several families in our community tried to reach their customer service via phone, email, and other method several times but unable to reach them or get a reply back.

Don't ever believe anything that Warmington Group or any of its subsidiaries tells you. I have a letter from Warmington stating that Warmington will guarantee the operation of all of my GE appliances for as long as I own my home built by Warmington. Now, Warmington refuses to honor its promise indicating that the Warmington subsidiary responsible for building our home is no longer in existence even though the same parent company (Warmington Group) is still the parent company for all of its current subsidiaries.

What an utterly ridiculous experience! The most unprofessional group I have ever purchased from. I would steer clear. If they say 30 days it will be 90 days. Poor finish work, the hoa $275 and there isn’t a pool or gym.

I purchased a model home in Stoneridge, Carlsbad, San Diego County in 2007.
We are still well within the statute of the builder's obligation period (ten years) for warranty of construction. Myself as well as many of the communities neighbors have experienced troubles with our windows.

They were VERY cheap and many have trouble with latches, with the interior rails (so the windows are slumping to one side or the other and are difficult to open and shut) and with debris and fog and paint overspray that is trapped inside the dual panes...so that NO amount of cleaning will make a difference! In a nutshell, these windows are DEFECTIVE!!!!!!

All of us have placed Service Requests which either go unanswered or we're told that "...these windows were installed by a 'sub-contractor' and that sub has since gone out of business, so we're sorry but we are unable to help you!' OR 'the 10 year warranty has been exceeded, so the builder is no longer liable!'

Windows are a very large investment and when we were tired of looking out of our two primary view windows located in our Family Room, we had them and one other window in a guest bedroom that you virtually could not see out of, replaced at our costs to the tune of nearly $1,500!!!! And we have at least 11 additional windows that are terribly defective!!!!!!

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They use cheap products!

They do NOT stand by their work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will NOT honor their warranty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL GET NO SATISFACTION WITH MAJOR (or minor) CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS & ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A WARMINGTON HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
