I have lived in Wapiti Meadows with my son for almost 3 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences with both Vanessa and Todd! Vanessa has welcomed us with open arms since day one when I was searching for housing while still living in Louisiana, she kept communication open with me on a daily basis and kept the process very organized and professional. Todd is always very friendly, keeps the property in great condition and quick to give assistance whenever needed. This property is a pleasure to live in and I'm happy to call it home!

We are long term residents at Wapiti Meadows and we are grateful for the location and affordable housing here. Vanessa and Todd work very hard and do a wonderful job to provide a clean and safe community to reside in. Vanessa does a great job of communicating and keeping track of tenants concerns. Todd does a great job with maintenance and making sure that we have what we need. They are a great team! We appreciate everything they do.

I have been living in Wapiti Meadows for 10 years! The property is always very well maintained and both Vanessa and Todd make sure all resident have a safe and pleasant experience living in this community.

For the last 21 years I call Wapiti Meadow my home. I am very pleased to have an opportunity to live here. Vanessa and Todd makes an outstanding management team keeping the housing very well maintained. Vanessa runs the office in a professional and friendly manner as well as Todd is always on the top of technical issues. We've been here for almost 4 years. Vanessa and Todd always stay on top of things in the neighborhood. We had an emergency with our apartment about a month ago, and they responded super quick and helped us get everything back to normal. Any issues are always dealt with in a timely manner. Overall, a great place to live!

I have lived here at Wapiti Meadows for 4 1/2 years, I love it ! There has never been a problem that has not been fixed very promptly and very efficiently , always by Todd he is wonderful to be around and is a wiz!!. The manager , Vanessa, is such a delight to speak with and always eager to help any way she can ! Together they complete a great team here to make all happy and mostly , I feel safe !! The rooms are spacious , the view is spectacular, we sit in a perfect spot to enjoy Frasers beauty. Everyone is so friendly and nice here, I feel if I need anything at all , It will be taken care of, what a nice feeling !!! Always !! You'll be happy here !! Rene'

My son and I have been residents here at Wapiti Meadow Apartments now going on 14 years and we both feel so blessed for the opportunity to call this place our home. What has really made our home the most enjoyable is the current management team provided to us here at Wapiti Meadow - Vanessa Burns and Todd Monday. Vanessa and Todd have always gone above and beyond our expectation in their prompt and professional responses to any issue that has ever arisen with regard to maintenance requests, or other questions and concerns. We are all so very fortunate to have such caring and reliable folks looking out for us here at Wapiti, and I would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to call their mountain home. This is the first complex I have lived out where the leasing office stays helpful and nice after you move in. Vanessa has been amazing from before or even moved to CO with quick responses every time I have reached out . Having Todd around every day and seeing him has been great he is always helpful and goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. It really is a great place !!
