Our home and building feel included in the care and love of management. Our landlord may be busy but his team are open and available. We feel truly blessed to be living there. Our children are safe in the neighborhood park ne there’s a school right across from the building so you know it’s a good area. We’ve lived there for over 3years and we could not have chosen a better place after very negative experience from our previous Newark home. Thank God for a easy, god fearing landlord we are taking care of. We notice changes but they are not affecting much of the maintenance of the building or management. It’s the people moving in not having any respect for others property and keeping our building safe/ clean. The supers are also very friendly. We had both our two kids here and feel very fortunate.

I just moved out. People stand on the corner at the liquor store. The hallways are a mess, holes in the walls, scratches, and white paint over orange. The building smells too a lot. Maintenance takes long to fix. Abeg please fix
