I moved into a Wainco house with a group of friends as we were attending college in the South Orange area. Wainco Realty was extremely helpful and fairly priced for students among the surrounding options. Wainco makes sure to find an ideal housing and living situations for various renters whether it be a small group or large.

The staff was very effective in communication through both email and phone. They were very prompt in cleaning, repairs, and replacements. Anytime we had a question we were able to get an answer within 24 hours or less. We rented this house for our last 2 years of undergrad and had a great experience.

I would highly recommend renting through Wainco. They are a respectful and honest staff looking to provide the best experience for potential renters.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING ONE OF HIS PROPERITES.

Myself and friends of mine who have previously rented different Wainco Properties were ALL not returned a dime of the security deposit. Let me just start by saying, the units were left in immaculate shape, clean, and with ZERO DAMAGES! My unit was not only well maintained, but I also showed the unit to prospective renters and got his unit rented out for him as soon as I left.

Stuart tried to say I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL month’s rent AFTER my lease was up because I did not notify him that I would not be renewing my lease 90 days prior to the lease end date via email. I believe he purposely has the management call and ask you over the phone if you will be renewing so that he can later turn around and say he was never informed, or that it was never put in writing.

Not to mention, the actual lease agreement states that it is WAINCO’S responsibility to notify the tenant BEFORE 90 days of the terms and conditions that would be in play if they were to not renew. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED AND NEVER RECIVED AN EMAIL WITH THESE TERMS!

When I tried to politely contact Stuart, I was rushed off the phone and told to follow up again next week. Weeks went by, and I again reached on email, but AGAIN was dismissed. Ultimately, my balance was never returned.

I will be warning all of this company’s current tenants of the tactic they use to ensure no one else will be robbed.

Dennis Clarke, the leasing manager for Wainco Realty reached out to me because I was interested in an apt. He told me to confirm my appt an hour before scheduled time. When I reached out to confirm, Dennis ignored my text message and my phone call. I still proceeded to meet at the location at scheduled time because I figured he was showing another client the home and could not answer the phone. I feel this was discrimination against me being apart of the LGBTQ Community because I informed Dennis that I wanted to rent the apt with my partner. This is UNACCEPTABLE ! Being apart of the Leasing world, I’m appalled at the actions of Mr. Clarke ! This matter needs to be resolved! Wainco Realty, I expect better customer service and not to be discriminated against! Wainco Realty , Dennis Clarke , Leasing Manager should be reprimand for his actions!

Really great experience! My family moved to Orange County just shy of two years ago and I can’t say enough about our time at Village Place (Goshen). Luxurious condos with great maintenance and upkeep. From the leasing staff to the managers on property, all were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. So whether you’re looking for a permanent stay or a transitional stop like we had, it’s a great property and I would recommend it.

Extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Dennis Clarke decides who he wants to communicate with. This is extremely unprofessional. I was inquiring about a property and would not respond. He decided that the property was out of my budget. This man knows absolutely nothing about me, or my income. Doesn't even know my name.. When I called him out on his delayed responses, if any, he was even more rude and disrespectful. I've never dealt with this kind of agent before. He really needs to learn how to treat people. Disgusting.

Extremely unprofessional. The employees there are very rude and unhelpful. I dealt with a woman, Suzanne Bagdorf, and not only did she mislead me on a rental for three weeks but she also managed to give out my personal information as well. I would not recommend Wainco Realty to anyone. besides being unprofessional there is also a great deal of malpractice occurring there and after some research I have found state complaints have been filed on them before.

The realtor failed to inform me of other potential renters for a home my family and I were looking at for over a month and when it came time to signing a lease we were ignored and later told that the house was already leased to someone else. Horrible communication and caused much stress on my family . As to previous reviews I can agree with the lack of professionalism through this company and the rudeness of the employees. would not recommend.

I’ve worked with Wainco Realty on a number of transactions and rentals as their broker. They do an excellent job renovating their units and put out great places for people to rent and office spaces to lease.
