We entrusted WR Properties in renting our property in upscale Walnut Creek CA. A previous real estate broker found tenants rather than WR Properties. They messed us up with mistakes made in leasing document, that has costed thousands of dollars. They failed to include tenants responsibility for swimming pool and outside yard maintenance. Being an out of town owner, we had to rely on WR Properties for total management of property. Their office is based out of Discovery Bay far from our property, that staff never visited our house. The tenants made a mess of backyard with beer bottles and Equipment. Lastly they released tenants before expiry of lease without consulting or getting authorization from us. Later we learnt that they have never rented a single house in any area. Staff were green and ours was 1st house in their listing. We would not recommend this Company to anyone.
