Vlada was absolutely incredible! After weeks and weeks of unsuccessfully searching for the right apartment to move into, we were recommended to Vlada, and boy, was that the right move! I literally texted her one night with what we were looking for—our budget, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc.—and within hours, she was ready with options for us! While I do not recommend bothering her in the middle of the night, I would say, though, that Vlada is GREAT with timely communication! She is so responsive! She was able to answer all our questions and reassure us with any concerns we had. We definitely felt like she had our best interest at heart! Additionally, when we wanted to see the property but were too far away to physically be there, she not only went there herself and sent us pictures and videos but also quickly and efficiently made time for us to go see the place when we were back! Honestly, it’s been such a pleasure working with her. If I were to summarize my favorite part about working with Vlada, it would definitely be the ease of communication/responsiveness and always being kept in the loop, as well as getting us a place that we liked within days of reaching out to her! Now I know who to reach out to again when we are ready to BUY a house next!
