Please do not rent from them! Constant issues but the main one is when I moved out they stopped all communication regarding my deposit and I had to sue them in small claims court. THEY EVEN FAILED TO SHOW UP TO COURT. Racist slum lords!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is the worst to rent from. When leasing from them our apartment was the crappiest place to ever live in and they did nothing to help us out. We had to call a state inspector to get them to fix the flooded basement of toilet and sewer water that was stinking down there for more than 3 weeks after complaining to them so many times while we lived on the first floor. Now currently after not living there for more than 3 years, they disturbingly and unprofessionally put my phone number as the owner of that building and I am being constantly harassed about the building and if it is for sale and such. Worst company ever.

PLEASE READ PLEASE READ the worst management EVER!!!!! I would not recommend putting a homeless dog in none of their properties. I have been a tenant with vivo management for 4 years now and it has been the worst experience of my life. Unprofessional is an understatement you can't get anyone on the phone, no one to respond to emails and tenants are left in the dark. I have been having problems with my apartment since the very first day and it's unacceptable. In the process of trying to move and get my security deposit back can't get in touch with anyone at all It's beyond frustrating and unfair to have this experience I would not wish this management on my enemy I have nothing good to say about this company but what I can say is if you ever see their name for any property RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!

Had the worst experience possible with Vivo management, a terrible company with uncaring people. They moved us into a house that had ONGOING SEWAGE PROBLEMS, there was a 1-2 foot flood of feces in the basement. We were never told this, we spent months trying to figure out the problem before we literally stumbled upon it. They forced us to live with it for 8 months till we were forced to call the state health department and threaten to sue. Once we told them we would be taking them to court they went to work to fix the problem that week. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR NEWARK, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. We’ve had multiple problems with them and still do. Stay away from them and their properties. Terrible staff and workers who will ignore you even if youre right in front of them. I wouldn’t give them a star, but a minimum of 1 was needed to post this review.

Wow... Vivo Management... I have so much to say... But, If i had to summarize Vivo in one word, that word would be EXCELLENCE! I have been a tenant with Vivo for two years and, I am approaching year # 3. The Vivo Management team are not only professional, but are also passionate about the safety of it's residents. Vivio is also fair and are rapid in adhering to it's resident's concerns, maintenance requests and other tenant issues, towards providing the best Vivo residential experience. So, if your currently looking for great service, as well as an attractive apartment, I highly recommend Vivo Management for you and your family and, tell them Aaron Green sent ya! lol... =-)

First of all, the leasing agent Chrissy is extremely irresponsible, unreliable and unresponsive. She will schedule a showing with you and then reschedule 3xs. She scheduled a time to sign lease and canceled numerous times as well.
They rented me an illegal apartment and were forced to refund me my security deposit and 6xs my monthly rent so that I could find a legal apartment. They do not inspect properties for zoning codes when renting. Look out for 2 family homes with basement or attic apartments. If it's a basement or a attic it's illegal. If you don't have your own electric meter, it's illegal. Don't let them steal your money.

When I went to pick up the security deposit, The front desk receptionist, Jasmin got rude snarky and hostile with me when I was asking the accountant if I would still receive the 6xs the monthly rent upon moving out. She said they didn't have to pay me anything more. The look on her face was priceless when he said yes 🙂
