We are seasoned vacation renters and we find that the team at Visit Winter Park is top notch! Easy and accessible to communicate with, thorough, organized, professional yet fun to deal with. Thought we left something behind in the last condo we rented from them and they sent in their cleaning crew and maintenance team in to look for it, right away! Very responsive, and we found what we had lost at the resort. The condo was fantastic, well stocked with high quality everything, and very comfortable. Although the surface cleaning was good, this condo could use a deep cleaning by the owners when time permits. Will continue to use Visit Winter Park for future stays!

Their entire team is detail oriented, highly in tune with the renter experience, incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and truly great to work with. We stayed at the 400 Baker Dr Unit 405 Winter Park property. The location in town was great and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo size and layout were sufficient for our family of five, but the unit was far from ideal. I want to recognize the management company's communication with us initially - it was better than expected; however, once we expressed that we were checking out early due to an issue it was radio silence. Even several days later we had not heard back from anyone regarding our frustrations with the accommodations.

Our discontentment started with the beds. They were all uncomfortable and the majority of our family ended up sleeping on the floor. It was definitely not an ideal situation given the floors weren't exactly clean. We quickly realized that, while the surface level cleaning was sufficient (counters, bathrooms, linens, etc.), the rest of the condo was dirty. The ceiling fans, baseboards, floors, light switches, doors, etc. were filthy. We ended up purchasing Lysol wipes so we could at least wipe down the light switches and door handles during our stay. I won't fault the cleaning crew, as I assume they've done their job to the owner's/manager's expectations, but the cleanliness level was far from hotel-type standards.

As mentioned, we checked out early and stayed in a hotel (absorbing more expenses than planned). Absolute radio silence from the management company/owner since notifying them we were leaving early. I'm sure there are great places to stay in the area and I would encourage everyone to do their due diligence before securing lodging with this management company.

My family and I were looking for a home away from home. We found it. From the start, I appreciated the communication we received from the management company when we booked. Very helpful with local information and directions. The condo we stayed in exceeded our expectations. Kitchen and living room were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The beds were great and the bathrooms were very clean. Check out was easy. Thank you for a GREAT STAY!!! We will be back.

Booked a last minute surprise anniversary stay with my wife and dog. Fantastic stay! The cabin was just as advertised, and the communication was top notch... couldn't ask for more. I work in the hospitality industry and understand how difficult it can be. Well done VWPL. I will even give you credit for the moose cow and calf outside our living room window along with the hunting coyote, daily hot air balloon show and perfect fall weather. If you're going to get blamed for things outside your control, you might as well get the credit too!! 🙂

Our house was absolutely amazing and well taken care of. The views from the deck are incredible and we really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The host was very friendly and communicative and we would highly recommend this house to everyone.

Our family just got home from a weeks vacation in Winter Park, CO. Philip and the team at Visit Winter Park Lodging were awesome. From finding us just the right vacation property for our family to being very responsive and helpful every step of the way, they were just a pleasure to work with. We stayed at 572 Telemark, which was roomy and perfect for our family. Perfectly appointed with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and space to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the beautiful sunrises from the rear balcony. I highly recommend Visit Winter Park Lodging if you’re looking for a vacation rental in the area.

We had booked and stayed with Visit Winter Park Lodging twice in 2 different properties and had great experience both times. The properties were very clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. Both properties were spacious with all modern conveniences. We really enjoyed a private hot tub at the last property we stayed at! The management was always very helpful, responsive and friendly. We will definitely book again with them!!!
