Upfront. never had any issues what so ever. Anything ever needs taken care off boom, done. Great interaction with me every time. Great info with surrounding area events when family visits. Honestly I truly enjoy my place and the interaction when I visit the office.

The woman at the front desk was very rude from the very start. We were told several different things and AFTER we made the SIX HOUR DRIVE to meet with her, she completely changed her mind on everything she had told us. She had an attitude the minute we walked in. I would suggest not dealing with them. They will tell you everything you want to hear, but completely change their minds after you’ve made the drive across the state to meet with them!!!!

Called about an office space for rent and was told it was $650 and then drove three hours to look at it and they tell me it was misquoted and it was $750 and then while at the hotel that evening looking at newspaper and see same property was listed for $600. Tried to give them business with office space and home rental but will not as they are definitely not honest people. Was even advised of dishonesty in a local Facebook group after looking at property.

Saw this bunch a few months ago looking for a one-bedroom rental for my professional spouse for weekdays for work while maintaining our home out of town. Not only were the available properties appalling: one had a deuce floating in the toilet, one had rodent traps set all about the kitchen and a kicked-in door, the woman (and you'd have to see these people to believe them as, let's just say, that professional behavior and appearance were extremely notably lacking). I told my husband immediately before we left with the keys to view the properties *on our own* that I had a very bad feeling about them.

Just as soon as we got back, the woman stated she had misquoted the price and raised it $50/month AND said we'd have to pay one month deposit, first month AND last month. That's three months in advance on a six-month minimum lease. We have almost the highest credit rating possible. No way in hell, people. No way in hell.
