I'm writing this because I feel really thankful for the new management of our apartment. They are very quick in fixing anything related to maintenance, and their response time is incredibly fast. I feel really safe now because security personnel come every night and day to check on our apartment building. They also ensure everything is clean.

A special thank you to Daniel for his help. He is always the first to respond whenever we need assistance, and he shows up promptly. He is a really respectful and nice guy. I wish him and the management team all the best.

We rented a townhome managed by Jay Crawford and Vision Real Estate for about 1.5 years. There were several problems we encountered with them stemming primarily from poor communication. This led to stressful experiences. We thought that Vision Real Estate was alright but nothing special. Furthermore, Jay was rude and aggressive towards us during half of our interactions. If you rent through VRE, don't expect anything beyond bare bones from them. We were pleased though that VRE was proactive in getting our new address so they could send the security deposit to us (even though we had given it to Jay and the main VRE email a few weeks before checking out but they then didn't think we'd given it to them and asked us for it)

I've been reading these reviews and found 24 that are similar to my own nightmarish experience with Vision Reality. I too would give no stars. I moved in to a 1 bedroom cottage 1 of 4 cottages all the same with 4 unattached garages. From day 1 there were problems. First I went to put things that I wanted to keep in the small garage
After my husband past I was down sizing from a 2 bedroom condo to this small cottage. The door to the garage was locked I could see into it as the garage next to it number 1 mine, was number 2 didn't have a door it had collapsed on top of a shell of an abandoned old delapitated car inside was trash a sleeping bag someone was obviously living there there there was graffiti on what was left of the walls that divided the 2 garages. Trash was all over the alley and an old shopping cart. It looked like a slum and still a year later hasn't changed much the shopping cart is gone is all. When I finally got a hold of Alyssa the property manager. I've had the same trouble as the other 24 people who wrote reviews not favorable to Vision she never answered her phone hardly ever texts back and a year later her voice mailbox is still full. I was told that the maintenance man had his stuff in there. The advertisement for the listed cottage said it came with a garage. 5 months later I still couldn't get into my garage I was paying $135 a month for a storage unit while this maintenance man had my garage. Not until I threatened to sue for false advertising did he move his stuff out. But then there were gaps in the south wall connecting my garage and the homeless drug den. With the help of a friend and since I'm a 65 year old lady with rheumatoid arthritis and limited use of my left hand. I
Out of my own pocket I bought wood and nails to try to board up the wall to try to protect my belongings. Only to have them kicked in from from the adjacent garage twice and some of my stuff stolen. I must mention that in addition to the rent which in my case was subsidized by section 8 housing as I'm low income on social security. There is a $42 a month fee that covers filters for the furnace every 3 months I'll talk more about those later. One time late rent forgiveness, the tenant portal website where you pay your rent from and property insurance that you are not able to make a claim on I found out after my garage was broke into. And no where on the lease is this mentioned. I'm still questioning the legality of these charges. For one thing on Christmas day my fusebox blew a fuse a friend of my was there at the house and told me that the fuse box was not up to Code and unsafe as it was located behind my dryer that is about a foot and a half above the stairs leading down stairs the door to the fusebox blocked by the dryer you had about enough room to slide your hand in to reset the blown fuse. A 3 foot clearance in front of the fusebox is the Code. While I had my friend there I asked him to come downstairs and see if he could see a place to put the filters they were charging me for. He's and electrical Engineer works a Hill Airforce Base and is a genius. He couldn't find a place neither could the Dominion Gas company tech who came to my home this month to check my furnace after Ogden City Code inspectors and Ogden housing came and said it was a safety hazard it and the fusebox and 3 other safety hazards they have refused to fix that year. I'm on a clinical research study for Synexus Research. I've been on the study two years before moving into the cottage. Never had I even had a sniffle before moving there in September as soon as the filter less furnace was turned on for winter I started having headaches runny nose cough and sleep problems all documented by Synxius Research of SLC. All the symptoms went away as soon as the weather permitted the furnace to be turned off and started again this winter when the furnace came back on. Unlike the other 24 people who also had problems with Vision realty. I'm doing something about it I'm filing a personal injury claim they are Evicting me it's called retaliatory Eviction.

I've lived at my current apartment complex for a long time and when I first moved in it was a nice community. Around 2020 the apartments I live in started to fall apart and a lot of unruly characters started moving in. Up until a year ago when Vision took over the property and started cleaning it up good. My community is nicer and being fixed up now that, Daniel Morillo and the Vision team have taken over.

Thank you, Daniel and everyone At vision real estate.

I lived at the El Caliente apartments while working with Vision Real Estate, primarily with Daniel. He was always very wonderful to work with and quick responding to any issues I had. The previous property management company would not always attend to problems in a timely manner, so improved quality was a pleasant change. I cannot speak for the other agents, but Daniel really improved my rental experience, and time spent while at the apartment complex.
