Vision it is a very good company, I see they are big and the only thing I can speak for is Property Management. I have dealt with different employees and I give a special remark to Daniel, he is Hispanic, speaks both languages, and is a very good guy.

I should have reviewed sometime ago, unfortunately, we’ve been rather busy dealing with the nightmare of a real estate company that unfortunately took over our complex (FROM. Vision Real Estate). Vision real estate, and Angela Cook Specifically, were WONDERFUL and a dream come true to work with. What I wouldn’t give to turn back time and magically prevent the current real estate company from taking their/her place! TRULY!! The new company, and agents in the new company, are absolute misery to work with, the most evil of people I have EVER had the displeasure of meeting, a total nightmare. I won’t directly name them, but I will happily include their initials here E.P.M. Calling them criminals would be too kind. my own opinion of this and experiences with them were easily verified by simply reading the reviews of other tenants. Unfortunately, you have to sift through many that are clearly false and paid for by this despicable company. A fact that can also be verified by reading the reviews as people divulged the fact that they and other fellow tenants were asked to provide five star reviews in exchange for rent discounts and other benefits. Upon reading this and many of the reviews, I was not even slightly surprised by this discovery, as my own experience (and what I STILL have proof of within my text message thread interactions with them) includes bargains of such a nature offered by them such as offering us tenants $10 gift cards to any place we so desire to rat on other tenants for silly offenses, such as: the wrong garbage being put inside the dumpster, tenants who may allow their pets waste to remain on the ground, and tenants who may have continued to park (in their own spot mind you) with the audacity of doing so with expired tags! Unbelievable! I don’t condone violating rules, but I certainly would not do such a thing to my neighbors whom have done nothing to me and are hard-working good people just trying to survive in this difficult time- with now having to do so dealing with such difficult and unfeeling people. ESPECIALLY Since this company had already shown their true colors, and had quickly proven to be dishonest, two-faced (yes such juvenile behavior exists even in “professional” real estate), callus, cold hearted, uncaring, and probably most importantly- unreliable people/agents. Angela, I would like to tell you personally that you were always such a pleasure to work with! You have a heart of gold, and actually care about your tenants, which I have unfortunately personally come understand is a VERY rare thing in the industry of real estate. Every interaction that I had with Angela, and by extension vision real estate, was non-stressful, helpful, and ended with peace of mind & knowledge that my concerns were dealt with fairly, cared about, and would always be dealt with with consideration, thought, & professionalism. I definitely recommend Angela and vision real estate to anyone needing their services whether they be as a management company or as tenants seeking to rent. They are professional & caring. These are 2 things that, again, I have discovered do not come naturally to most in real estate. I appreciate everything you did for us, Angela. I can’t sing your praises louder! I do hope that, should we seek any services in the future, we are lucky enough to deal with you personally. In fact I do intend to personally seek you out should that time arise. As I suggest anyone, needing the same services, do so as well. And avoid -with EVERY fiber of your being- ANY contact with a company bearing the initials that I have included in this message. You will find nothing but misery, secrets, scams and tricks with them (& yes, we even had to seek out & hire legal council to protect ourselves from them within only the first TWO WEEKS of them taking over our complex). Stick with vision real estate 100%! And if at all possible, ask for Angela. She will not steer you the wrong way, and you will always have a compassionate management agent to deal with, who WILL help you as much as she can, and do so with compassion.
