If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Virginia. She is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Virginia handled my home sale from beginning to end. (Unlike others who pass you off to assistants) She gave me ideas how to prepare my home for sale and determined a listing date that worked for my needs. When listed, we gave it a week and received multiple offers! Virginia presented the offers for me to choose and helped me with the closing tasks and paperwork. Thank you Virginia!
