Update we are moving out after 60 days this has been horrible
And fixed everything
This whole house was a wreck and the way things was handled was so bad .
Todd is a good person and really tries
OK so my husband and I just read the reviews to this company after we’ve given a $2500 deposit yesterday we went into the house today to clean and there’s some severe plumbing issues and the smell of mold is really bad so we let them know they were very kind and said that they would have it fixed by tomorrow We’re going to go talk with him in the morning about some of the reviews on here in about the mold and the plumbing and I guess figure out where to go from there. My husband is a mental health technician at a foster home in town I work for Amazon and I have my own cleaning business I know Tons of business owners and B&Bs and landlords in this area here and I’m just praying that these reviews are not all correct they seem very kind and generous and helpful so right now we’re just gonna wait and see and if everything gets fixed and they stay being good landlords then we’re going to update this to five stars , thankfully my brother is an attorney and my brother-in-law is the sheriff and I used to be a property manager so I do know my laws when it comes to property management. I’m just hoping that these are disgruntled tenants but so far they have been very nice and done what they said we will know more tomorrow say a prayer for us.

We are supposed to move in Tuesday
I’m getting alittle fearful
Because it just snowed a foot of snow and now we see that the heat isn’t working and the freezer don’t work and the stove is in really bad shape

In the basement their was chicken poop on the shelves
But I’m worried about gas leaking because of that heat
Sent email and going to talk with them in the morning just hoping they get it fixed like the plumbing
The neighbors said they know the owner of the property so hopefully the property management fixes that we’re gonna give them the opportunity and if not, we’ll get the neighbors to contact the owners

So much has happened and we haven’t even moved in yet
They mold was in the vents and a lot of nasty
The h vac people said they came out before and told him they had to be done before people could move inside

I have cleaned for 5 days and it’s still so nasty all I want to do is cry
I don’t even want to put my stuff in it

You don’t see all that chicken poop in the basement or mold in vents or no heat or if u put all 3 bathrooms together u get one whole one that works
Or The roaches in the mold bags of food, and discussed behind the drawers in the kitchen, or the gross sick balls and balls and balls grease in and around the oven the smell from the refrigerator. I am so upset, and all I wanna do is get my money back at this point, me and my husband are going to talk with him today. We’ve had to keep our U-Haul two days longer now because of all the work that we’ve had to do just to get it to where we could possibly move our stuff in it I’ve just never seen anything like this through property management company in my entire life and I really do not think the owner knows what’s happening to that home I’m just so upset I don’t even know what to do with this point
We are gonna give him a chance to fix all of this that has happened to us. Honestly, this house is not worth 1500 a month for sure not worth 2000 a month there is a brand new three store challenge Allinger home every new appliance new, freaking everything and they’re renting it for 2300 a month, it’s three-story three bedroom 2 1/2 bath gorgeous. I just am in shock anyway we’re gonna give them a chance to make all of this right we’re gonna go today and talk with him show him the videos the pictures the list of all the problems all the stuff we’ve had to buy and we’re going to see what he and us can come up with And I will update this as needed
Ok so this has been a nightmare move
Nightmare and now after being in this house two days I’m very very sick

They got my family into a rental in Fountain quickly and were very helpful. Other than normal wear with the carpets we had no issues. They worked with us a few times when unexpected things came up and we needed to pay rent late. The handyman was quick in responding to anything that needed done. Being in a HOA subdivision, there were rules we had to comply with. Overall, we had a great experience with this company.

I would give them a negative star rating if it allowed it! These people are a total joke! SCAMMERS! I don't even know where to begin ...the harassment, the lies, they're thieves, they had my water and heat turned off when I paid my rent for that month and during one of the biggest blizzards, they kept my entire $1500 security deposit with absolutely no right or reason to, they posted a bogus 10 day notice to vacate on my door then didn't even honor the 10 days, locked me out of the property when I PAID my rent! I wasn't even allowed to get my belongings off the property so they went through all of my belongings and kept whatever they wanted!! These people are low life rotten individuals to the core, I am a single mother whom they ripped off for no reason, all because them and the owner of the property are scamming and robbing people!! BEWARE of this property management company, they're only out to get you for your money and anything else they can steal from you!!!

VIP Property Management has been a great management company! We have worked with them for 3 years and are happy to have a competent company to represent our rentals. They are flexible and very detailed. I would recommend them to everyone!

We worked with VIP Property Management to deal with a mold issue in one of their properties. Todd was easy to work with, and they gave us everything we needed to complete the job and handle the issue quickly and thoroughly. AmPro Inspections will be happy to do business with them in the future.

Never provide tenants with any copies of bills they say are due!!! Rude, sarcastic, argumentative and completely unprofessional. Weekly threats of various reasons without evidence of claims being provided to tenants. Pretty big turn around of tenants is a guarantee. Time for investigation to take place into business ethics. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! In all my years of management this company gives EVERYONE A BAD NAME. I actually feel sorry for owners of properties under their management for giving those owners bad reputations as well. Heaven help anyone who has had to deal with this type of unethical unprofessional business.

Horrible people! Very unprofessional. This is a family company runing by the Grandmother, Grandfather is the handyman service, Daugther is the Manager, the Grand-daughter is the Secretary. Very Rude people. They also have a attorney that work for them at any five min of the call. They slammed a demand for a half of deposit that supposed was discount at the time of the rental agreement and include a ridicules fee for attorney. When we consult the attorney, the attorney stated that he do not have bill VIP property for any amount. DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY, they will be nice at the beginning , but once you are in, they constanly charge you for wherever they want to bill you for. Specially military>

As were many, we were affected by hail in fountain colorado June 2018. Nothing has been done to make my daughters room liveable again. They said they patched the roof, but her ceiling is leaking AGAIN. We're going on 2 months of having a 3 bedroom home down to 2 bedrooms and they're dragging their feet. When will you be done?
