The Vintage Groups professional staff, Elyse Becker and her associate assistant thus far have been a huge asset managing our community information, requests, updates and meetings. The Vintage Group thus far has maintained open, transparent communication and I appreciate their commitment to serve the overall needs, goals and objectives of the community as a whole. We all surely did not join an HOA community without an expectation of reasonable rules and guidelines to establish and elevate our community and my family appreciates the dedication of the Vintage Group management team in this regard! I give a whole hearted appreciation to Jennifer Sanders (Vintage Group manager) and her team for working quickly on my Napa Clubhouse reservation for a Christmas party. All my questions were answered as quick as possible to reduced the stress and worries about the clubhouse. The clubhouse was beautiful with the addition to the outside accommodation and 2 firepits. In general, my colleagues and I enjoyed the time, and we are looking forward to create more tradition and memories using my community clubhouse. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2025! ⛄️🌲

I have to say I'm surprised by all the negative reviews, something is odd with that I do not think google is allowing the positive ones, I know they are there, another board member wrote one that is 5 stars and we do not see it.

Anyway we came to Vintage a year ago and have had nothing but outstanding service. Great communication our requests for work are done in a timely manner, as a board member excellent service is so critical for us after we left another terrible company. We referred them to a friend on another HOA board and they have been really happy ever since they started with them. No business is perfect but this one really cares about us and we really feel they go the extra mile all the time. We found out many of their HOAs never leave, we know why!

I just have to say, all the negative reviews about Vintage are true. Our community switched to them for property management less than two months ago, and I already have plenty of concerns. I’ve never felt the need to complain about a service before, but Vintage is by far the worst. Don’t just take my word for it—just read their adhoc responses to complaints. They don't even care to write thoughtful and empathetic replies. Their company pillar is to squeeze homeowners for HOA fees and leave them high and dry. You can bet I will file a complain. Too bad Google doesn't allow zero stars. I would not trust Vintage to manage your property. They will not reply to your email concerns or bother to update you on their portal, Frontsteps.

Vintage Group, why don't you start fixing the problem instead of endless email and phone tags. You already know the problem.

Our community has experienced ongoing gate malfunctions for over two years, posing a significant security risk. Despite repeated complaints to Vintage (our HOA management company), the issue remains unresolved. Promises of corrective action or a change in management companies have consistently gone unfulfilled.

This property management group is completely useless. As a real estate professional who has over 10 years of experience in property management I truly cannot comprehend how this company is in business or why a landlord would hire this company. I live in a community called New Heights that Vintage Group was hired to manage. They are completely negligent. The security gate to enter the gated community has been broken for nearly a year without being repaired. Since then homeless have entered the community and packages have been stolen. I have asked the community manager, Renee Romero, numerous times to have this repaired and even offered my vendors and help, but it has remained broken. When asked why, she said the HOA boards needs to vote on it before it can be repaired... I have expressed this is a safety concern but still get the same reply with no empathy or care. In addition to the safety concern of the front gate going unrepaired, the landscaping is a mess and beer bottles and trash accumulate for months on end despite our association fee covering a weekly landscaping fee. It is clear Renee does not routinely come out to the property to do walk-throughs or inspections, if ever at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company’s representatives are the worst employee. I received an email reply stating this statement “ Unfortunately, I’m not actually required to respond to homeowners, it’s just a courtesy we provide. Vintage Group and all HOA management companies serve the Board of Directors and we are only required to respond Board members within 24 hours”.

Avoid Vintage Property Management!!
Vintage property management has given me the worst nightmare and endless headaches while living in my own home. Ed, the management person, is particularly unresponsive, racist, and unhelpful. Their lack of communication is astounding. To make matters worse, I discovered that Vintage property management didn’t pay taxes for several years! This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend not to choose them as your property management company. They are the WORST I’ve ever encountered!!!
