I was given a property tour at this is a beautiful Apartment Complex. It has a great location tucked away from traffic. Very easy to get to from HWY 101. There are so many features like a dog park, a jungle gym, pool, hot tub. The only reason I did not rent that day is because they are very limited and my interest was leased. Stephanie was the office manager I met with and she was great! I brought my children with me and she was friendly and informative, and took the time to explain everything. Thank you so much Stephanie! This was a 10/10!

Wonderful maintenance staff! Whenever we put in a work order they quickly send someone out to address it and they are always super kind and professional. Most recently we had Antonio out here fixing our garbage disposal. We called it in at 4:47 pm yesterday (right before they close for the day) and he had it fixed by by 9 this morning. He’s been out here a bunch of times to fix little things and he’s always been awesome.

Absolutely awful build quality, terrible maintenance, upon move in mold in the units which they do not help with, cockroaches which they charge you for taking care of. Limited parking despite the plenty of open spaces. The tow truck company has towed my vehicle twice despite there being an existing pass visible on the car and neither the apartment complex or ACE towing are willing to work with you. They charge high for rent and offer you nothing. Absolutely horrible place to live

Comfortable community, friendly staff , helpful and professional. The maintenance is amazing, always great service! They take care of issues in a timely manner, and make sure I’m happy with the results. Especially, Antonio. He’s very good at what needs done, and always professional.

Our garage was broken into, stuff stolen, incredibly lousy upstair neighbors. We go out of our way to be kind and the property managers refused to help file police reports and won’t help with our disruptive neighbors. Seriously go somewhere else.

We just moved here from Florida a week ago and like it here. The office staff, Laceanne, Candis, Marco are nice and responsive, easy to reach.

Shoutout to the maintenance team: Kyle, Alex, Antonio, and Lawrence - we had a few repairs and fixes due in the apartment and they have all been very attentive to every detail and went above and beyond to fix everything in the shortest amount of time possible.

The property grounds are maintained in clean condition. I think the leaf blowers could probably be a little less thorough in their work though, as we were woken up one morning after we just moved in by loud noise, and they were blowing leaves off our corner for 40-50 minutes, which IMO is too much. I wouldn't mind a few leaves on the ground (they would fall again the same day anyway).

The location is very nice - on the outer side of Santa Rosa, it's fairly walkable - we have a Starbucks & Subway within 5 min reach, and then a lot more businesses are located across the street from there. It's also close to 101, so it's easy to get around.

Pricing is decent too.

I have been living here for close to 2yrs, Candice was helpful, friendly and prompt during my application process. Marcos and Jacob are always so helpful and kind when calling in with any questions. Now the maintenance team, we are so lucky to have one of the best group of knowledgeable individuals! Antonio, Coolidge, Michael and Alex thank you for being AMAZING! The maintenance team really makes you feel welcomed in this community and they do an outstanding job at maintaining the units and property. I would highly recommend Vineyard Creek Apartments to anyone looking for their next home.

The maintenance team which includes Alex, Michael, Antonio and Cooledge are outstanding. I’ve lived here for over 3 years and they have always gone above and beyond! They are fast, efficient and always take off any maintenance problems I have immediately! They making living at Vineyard Creek easy for the residents. There are not enough positive things I can say about the maintenance crew!
