A great experience since the day one. Happy to call this place Home for about 6 years. It is a safe, beautiful place with great resident service, amazing amenities and expansive green ladscape. Always maintained so well. If you work remotely the lounge areas are designed to have a luxurious feel of the office yet it has an elegant touch to it. Grilling stations are always cleaned well and have a great outside area to gather with friends and family. They have free yoga classes and events for residents often, they are a lot of fun. Very decent size of the gym and a summer pool service gives a feeling of living at a luxury resort. The resident's service always helps with any questions, the staff there is really friendly on every level. I don't think that any other property around the town could be even compared to Villas Fashion Island. I recommend this place to anyone who prefers a quality life style.

Moved out today after 4 wonderful years. This is by far by the best community in OC, and what makes it so special are the people behind the scenes and the long term residents. Cannot say enough good things - everyone at the leasing office, residents office, cafe and grounds staff. They all come together to create an environment second to none. Will miss living here.

Previous review - I have lived at the Villas for 3+ years now, and it is simply the best in OC. You are living in a 5 star resort. It is very hard to live anything else once you have lived here. The neighbors are friendly, the community is dog friendly, the grounds are stunning, lots of events for the residents all year, on site cafe serves delicious food, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Too many good things to list.

Have been living at Villas Fashion Island for a few months and I absolutely love it! The staff is so helpful and welcoming and they go above and beyond for the tenants. There is so much value in living here with all of the 5 star amenities and wonderful events the property hosts including movie nights, taco nights with mariachi bands, BBQ’s, pool parties, etc. Maintenance is on top of everything and it truly feels like we live in a resort. Only thing its missing is pickeball courts and a sauna!

Moving out today after 14 very happy months.
Pristine, spacious and luxurious property which is beautifully maintained. Maintenance issues dealt with quickly and efficiently. Lovely pools and club rooms, great complimentary in-person yoga and fitness classes (thank you so much to Elle and Keaton), a well maintained gym and lovely yoga studio and great sitting areas and cafe. Nice to be able to walk to Fashion Island and the Back Bay.
Thank you to the leasing staff, concierge and services teams, maintenance and gate staff. You have all been very helpful.

This summer by the main pool has been so great! We have the best services from Rachel and Adam and the whole concierge team. You can enjoy swimming freely with your friends and families and never running out of beverages or food as Rachel and Adam are always making sure you are well hydrated and fed and have brand new fresh towels. Rachel and Adam are great to work with and personable and extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter and I look forward to seeing them at the pool.

We enjoy living here at the property as all the residents are very respectful and welcoming and you are greeted with smiles and kindness. Chef Concierge Chuck Dobrow does a great job of planning regular events and social activities for the residents such as movie nights and ice snow cone and weekend barista coffee tastings to gelato making. There is always something for everyone to enjoy!

We have lived here for the past two months and our experience has been fantastic so far.
From the moment we communicated with Megan at the leasing office, she took time to learn our needs and suggested an amazing unit to us.
The amenities are all well-maintained like a high-end resort and all the staff are extremely professional and helpful.
The rent is on the higher side, but it is 100% worth every single penny.

Extremely thin walls especially floors / ceilings. You can hear a pin drop in the apartment above. If you have lived anywhere else except California, the inferior quality of construction will be obvious the minute you move in.

And while resident services is response, they fail to take any action whatsoever to remedy situations or deal with disturbances (i.e. dogs barking, noisy neighbors etc).

Also, you will be nickle and dimed to death.

The grounds are nice and the location is good, hence the 2 stars, but you really should get more for the cost.
