Very nice property and inexpensive for the bay area. Property management is very easy to work with if or when you need them. Very close in proximity to all local restaurants and grocery stores as well. This property has a nice pool of you have kids or just need a little retreat from your daily task. Roughly about 10 miles from the city too. If you're looking for a place that's inexpensive nice homes and a good experience definitely check out Villas.

Recently, I had the pleasure of renting an apartment at Villas at Harbor Point managed by Jules, the apartment manager. From the moment I first reached out to inquire about the available units, Jules was incredibly responsive and helpful. He promptly answered all of my questions and provided detailed information about the rental process.

Once I moved in, Jules continued to impress me with his professionalism and attentiveness. Whenever I had a request or any concerns, he always addressed them promptly and efficiently. It was evident that he genuinely cared about the well-being and satisfaction of the tenants. His dedication to providing excellent service was truly commendable.

My wife and I are moving from a house into a 2bdrm 2bath apartment. Big,big change for the both of us. I mean its been at least 20 years since our last apt. Jules at Villas at Harbor Pointe really made the process a lot less stressful than it could have been. Very easy to talk to and ask the 1,000s of questions that we had. During the move in inspection, my wife, straight from watching YouTube videos on move in inspections, was ready with a million little things and questions, but Jules handled it like the seasoned professional that you would expect. He made her feel very comfortable when he suggested that we take a couple days to get used to the apt,and document any issues that weren't readily apparent. Not a big fan of the apartment lifestyle, but if I am going to have to be somewhere, I'm glad that I found this place. To Jules and the team, thank you and keep up the excellent work. I will keep everyone posted on what is going on at the villas at Harbor Pointe.

5/5 stars I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Villas at Harbort Point Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful. Jules Sebastian is a constant professional and a 1st class worker. The whole process was fast and safe with the help of Jules Sebastian who was always helping throughout the process of my unit . First off, I want to thank God🙏 for allowing me and my girlfriend to have this amazing apartment. we’ve been looking for a place to stretch our feet out, and we finally have found it. There’s nothing best to waking up towards the ocean with some coffee and what I really love the most is everything is within 5 to 10 minutes away. Perfect on saving gas. shout out towards the management Mr.Jules for making this new chapter in our life possible and within three days, I knew this is where I call home 🏡

Recently moved in to this community and I already love it, nice and quiet neighborhood, so far friendly neighbors as well but most of all great management team esp (Mr.Jules) within a week we have a home! Great communication, keep me updated on the application progress and was very helpful and polite!
