This is an affordable place to live, and it is located by all the shops. Nichelle in the front office displays exceptional customer service, and she is always happy and warm and very informative in regards to the units as well as other financial processes. She is helpful , I had an issue with the plumbing and it was addressed with in hours .

I've lived at Villas 52 since December 2014 and I have had a great experience. The location is convenient for me. It takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to get to work and I-75 is only a few minutes away. I can visit friends and family or they can visit me without complicated directions (an important quality living in Atlanta).

Maintenance issues are handled quickly and the office staff are always friendly. There are many families living in this complex so it is quiet at night and my neighbors are nice people. The bottom line is I'm glad I decide to live here.

Management sucked!! Roaches we're bad the apartment itself was coming apart. Joclyn is very rude and unprofessional and does not obtain the proper customer service skills. They are Over priced for a small space to live in. Every month is a different price for rent. The consistency of the management was poor. A water pipe bust in my apartment and it took them a week to send someone out to my apartment to change the carpet and to get the water up. So it left a moldy smell in my apartment. Also Someone broke into my apartment and stole some of my valuables I called maintenance to properly secure the door and to add a new lock and he just put 2 screws in and said that he will fix it on Monday. (4 months later) the door still wasn't fixed. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay here. Giving this apartment complex 1 star is being generous. Places like this needs to be in the negatives! Worst experience of my life!

So my experience has been amazing! Anytime I needed something fixed it got done. Kristin has always been sweet and respectful. Workers and maintenance are always fast and professional. However the only thing that premints me from giving a 5 star review is the buildings construction. I give them props for installing a gate appreciate it. However I can literally hear the upstairs unit stepping, and getting in and out of bed. Oh and the occasional fight which sound like tap dancing event. No it’s not there fault it’s due to cheap renovations. Floor squeaks like crazy In my building
Management said it’s cause the buildings are older? Honestly I purchased ear plugs so I can get good sleep.

I have been blessed to be a resident here for many years. There’s a phrase that says home is where the heart is. I’m grateful that I have experienced living in a peaceful and safe environment for me and my family.

We came from NY and lived here for 1 year. The staff and maintenance were wonderful. They are very friendly and very helpful. Whenever and whatever issues happened they were quick to respond with a resolution. There are plenty of kids there and of course space for them to play. The apartment was a beautiful 2 BR 2 BA apartment. The only issue we had with the apartment was it seemed as if the renovations were a bit rushed. There were minor holes in the walls due to replacing the towel rack that were not at all patched up. But honestly, nothing too serious and definitely not the reason I'm giving them 4 stars. My reasoning: The people. Some residents were wonderful and others were not. My last month or two month of being there, my downstairs neighbor whom just moved in kept banging on my ceiling due to the noise my children were making.They went as far as to call the police on my family that scared my 7 year old child. This was before 8pm on a Friday night! Completely Unacceptable! I am very firm with my boys not making noise prior to 7am nor after 9/10pm. They even banged when my teething, cranky 8 month old baby was crying at 9pm and i couldn't attend to him right away. This apartment complex is just that, APARTMENTS not HOMES people! If you're not ok with kids nor minor noise get yourself a house! We definitely miss Olivia Place and would absolutely recommend them. Thank you for all you've done.

While driving around with my daughter shopping for an apartment, we stopped by Villas 52 and was greeted by Ms. Janine. During our conversation she told us there was no availability but still took the time out to go over the floor plans and showed us a virtual tour of the apartment. We needed something immediately but will keep this property in mind in the future. My daughter left her contact information for a follow up in the near future. Beautiful property.
