With all due respect to those reviews that are a year or more old - Villageway Management is now owned by one of the most experienced, loyal, caring and selfless Community Managers in the Industry.

While it may be true that towards the end of the previous owner's tenure, Villageway Management had failed the expectations of many homeowners, Associations and vendors - the new owner(s) have sworn to bring Villageway Management back to the luster of yesteryear.

Bottom line: With new ownership comes new visions, a renewed sense of responsibility to the Communities they serve and a desire to earn the public's trust. Give them a chance to rebuild and rise to stardom. Villageway Management is a star in my book!

Villageway is our management company for Our townhomes in Eastside Costa Mesa. These people make the worst decision making for our community. Lisa Karoub avoids all emails and does not return our phone calls and she is the CEO! Very unprofessional. They started construction on our pool area in May! It’s the beginning of July and we still have no pool for our poor kids who are on Summer break. When she finally answered her phone and after explaining how disappointed we are as a community she told me to “go to the beach”. Our HOA is way to high to pay for a 1 Star management company. I have pictures of how our un-finished pool area looks posted on Villageway Managements Facebook and Yelp.

With all due respect to "Thomas Pulvino" as a fellow local guide, you have no idea what you are talking about. They are very unprofessional and unethical when it comes to hiring vendors and not disclosing relationships. They are extremely non-responsive from a board of directors point of view. I am speaking from first hand experience and knowledge. In a nutshell they are no longer with us. I would give this a ZERO stars if possible. Also my experience is from 2016- 2017, so giving them time holds no water.
