Most of my experiences have been good with this place until now. Rented a jackhammer that I immediately had to fix the cord since it wouldn't turn on and then I needed to bring it back the next morning instead of the afternoon. Instead of being charged a half day, was charged for the full day. Only reason I go here is to give the local guy my business. Guess small tools will get rented from the depot from now on. New one is closer to me anyway.

We happened upon Village Equipment rentals due to a predicament with our toy hauler. After multiple phone calls elsewhere, we realized that we needed a forklift to get the job done. We called Village Equipment Rentals and were immediately greeted with the most amazing customer service and reasonable pricing!! Not only did they deliver the forklift in a timely manner, they saved the day with their service when we had family friends at the house!!! They now have customers for life, from not just us, our guests, but we are recommending them to everyone we know!!! The level of customer service recieved today is parallel to none!!! Great selection of rental equipment! The staff is really professional and knowledgeable in getting you the right tool for the job. Never coming back to this place . Machine did not work at all because they do not maintenance them how it should be. still had to pay "because I did not call to tell them right away" I would put negative stars on this review if i could.
