I’m currently staying here, and we’ve been dealing with ongoing water issues. Unfortunately, the management has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to address the problem.

Their response has been to dismiss it as a “community issue,” while other nearby apartments are actively helping residents by providing temporary accommodations.

It’s clear that this leasing company prioritizes profit over the well-being of its tenants. The lack of care and accountability is disappointing.

Lived there for 2 years , Only Good Part- Good School District.

Dislikes-
1. They take money annually (mandatory) for swimming pool which not even there in community but in some other community.
2. A very Small and "not" maintained play area.
3. dishwasher break down for 5 times , waited for weeks at times to get it fixed most of the times, they finally replaced by end of my tenure that too after calling and requesting multiple times , Maintenance supervisor is mainly good though ( its about management policies about repairs and parts- they wont replace until they can repair, No matter how many times it broke)
4. Steep rent increase every year.
5. Excessive security deposit deduction , Moreover they wont take calls and you need to chase on emails to get any response . No management to reach from there. Probably we may overlook small things from our side but then its upto them to do anything over it and you have to abide by it with what supervisor decide there no dispute over it that too on emails where you need to chase for response, I wish this part could be better upon leaving and might overshadowed other short comings.

Been here and its a great calm place that in the heart of Edison. There is plenty of parking for people living here, there isn't much of sidewalks, the community is small but lots of kids around the area due to many families being here. Most stores and restaurants are close by, and there is easy access from here to the highway. It tends to get loud since the location is next to the highway and train.

Delighted experience with Village Commons in Edison, NJ! The location of Village Commons is incredibly convenient. It provides easy access to Route 287, adding a layer of convenience to daily life. The area boasts with activity in every direction!

Lived here for 4.5 yrs. Apartment looked little outdated but was spacious. Location is excellent and is close to shops and restaurants. Maintenance was alright and no complaints with them. Overall, a decent apartment complex that is in demand and gets occupied very fast.

Great society to live in. School is one of the best. Maintenance staff is very supportive. Most of the people I met living here for long time, very much satisfied and don't want to move. Play area for children is there. Garbage collection is not problem here.generally wait list is there for renting. Overall very good society.

Wanted to specially thank Celest who had helped me in identifying an apartment community that has good schools within shorter duration of time.

Excellent onboarding experience with almost everything done online. Staff are very friendly and helpful - Alan, Heidi and Erin. If the initial check payments also can be made remote would be much more easier and helpful for people.

Coming to community and apartment - Silent and neat community. Apartments are well insulated for heat during winters, has washer/dryer units within the apartment.
