Checked out the Villa Marbella apartment complex today. It was really bad. The building is super old and run down. It looked like the exterior hadn't been painted or cleaned in 30 years. I wanted to tour a unit purely out of morbid curiosity, but the two ladies working in the leasing office were so rude, that I turned around and walked out without asking for a tour. I actually got locked in the parking garage and couldn't get out. When I asked them to let me free, the older lady at the desk says "you'll just have to wait until someone leaves." I can only imagine what dealing with her is like if you actually live in this dump and you had an issue.

The neighborhood is pretty rough. I looked it up afterwards, and this is one of the most dangerous streets in Orange County. I was only there for ten minutes, and I saw some pretty shady characters. I definitely would not recommend living here. There are safer, cheaper options. And the rude ladies at the front desk were definitely a strong indication of how you're going to get treated.
