I was just there visiting my family. Spent a lot of time coming and going over a few days. Midday on Monday was there for about an hour and half. I parked close to their apt. Came out and my truck was towed. Those spaces are for residents I guess. There are no visitor parking spots anywhere, and the big parking lot next to the office is not overflow but residents can rent at a premium. What a BS racket. I was suppose to get a temporary parking pass to be there. Office closes at 5 or 6, so if you need a parking pass too bad. Park at your own risk. Office should give each resident parking passes for guests since visitors are at risk.
340.00 later I get my truck back. And towing company had it for 2 hours.
Other visits there is no parking and have to park down the hill and 2 blocks away on a residential side street. Reside ts should stop by the office and ask for visitor parking passes but they probably won't because they want to write
the day it's issued. And the large lot by the office has 20 empty spots because they charge 50 or 100 per.month to get one from what I heard. That's my rant .

We moved out cause rent was too high for the area. We were there 3 years, and each year they utilized the max rent increase the state allows just because they could. When asked to negotiate, we werre met was a hard "take it or leave it" attitude. So we left it. While we were moving out, we had an inspection to go over possible charges to our deposit. We were informed that management would get back to us on the details and we never received anything about what was needing to be fixed or replaced before we left. The person who inspected simply said that we'd most likely just get charged the cleaning fee and carpet cleaning. Come to find out, our entire deposit was used to replace things that were never discussed during that inspection. We understand that carpet needed cleaning and some vertical blinds replaced, but charging us for miscellaneous things like 10 sets of new blinds, shower heads, and fridge pieces should have been talked about before the move out date. Especially since she mentioned that our unit wasn't updated yet with the new carpet and paint design the property had decided upon since the new address change. Our deposit isn't your opportunity to come up with money to update the unit, that's what the high rent is for. We felt that management was never transparent with us moving out or during our time there. There were many instances where we had to hunt down someone to talk to to discuss bills, maintenance, bugs, outside things that needed fixing, and moving out details. Not to mention that management was often rude and short with us any time we spoke to them. (NOT Jenesis, she's nice. She's the only one we ever got some sort of an answer from.) Overall, it was stressful to live there at times and to feel as though management snuck around our backs with our deposit just felt wrong. Be honest with us, and we would have worked with you to better the experience.

The people that gave this place 5 stars are fake!
The rentals are the most expensive for the least you get, $3100 a month for a 2 bedoom. 80's single pane windows, cheapest appliances, vertical blinds ugh!
If you have more than one vehicle maybe look elsewhere, though they are happy to rent you a space for $75 a month. No spaces available after 5pm.
The only good thing about this place is Jenesis in the office and Jon who is the maintenance guy.
Don't do it unless your desperate.
We left the place very clean and they stopped $800 of my $1000 deposit.
Don't do it!

I've lived here a little less than a year and overall I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact the pool, spa was closed most of the time I was here. The actual units are nice and the maintenance guy is amazing!
Most importantly I have never seen bugs except spiders and that's one of the best things!

Management is also great and if you let them know of a problem, they do their best to fix it.

Parking is not ideal if you have multiple cars, units come with one garage which has storage too but it's better than other complexes I've lived in.
Many people have pets, but are respectful and clean up after them. There is alot of construction going on as of this posting and noisy, but the crew works as fast as they can and the upgrades are looking nice.

Would give a zero if it was an option. We have lived there here for years My son had spinal surgery last year and is still recovering, my wife pulled up and parked in front of our place so he could use the restroom, (part of the reason he had surgery), not even 5 minutes and they had my wife's car towed with groceries in it she ran out but the tow company just looked at her and drove away, the office clearly called the tow company despite them denying it. She was parked in the emergency lane for a few minutes however It didn't matter when they remodeled the place and broke numerous safety protocols like blocking all fire lanes, not having any fire trucks or emergency vehicles on duty when they removed all the stairs, so clearly they are out to make a quick dollar, would not recommend to anyone who wants a family friendly neighborhood.

I lived here for a little more than a year, overall I liked it. The maintenance guy John is awesome!! He is super hard working, one time we lost our garage remote and he showed up on our doorstep at 8:30 at night because he had rushed out to make us a new one. The only problems I had here were 1. The parking!! Finding parking after 7pm can be difficult, borderline impossible. 2. The garage was half way across the complex. 3. The price, it started out a bit expensive and the price only went up, we understood that it was a nice complex, but there were nicer ones a couple of miles away that were cheaper. They also were doing renovations so used that as an excuse for raising rent, they should be charging the new tenants who would be benefiting from the renovations more, not everyone in the complex. Lastly, 4. The "gym", it was a poor excuse for a gym, it was about a 10' by 12' room with 1 elliptical (the handle has been broken for at least a year and a half), two treadmills (one had a broken screen and didn't work), and a stationary bike. There were a couple weight balls and some free weights, there was also a crunch machine that I had never seen anyone use. It was rarely cleaned, there was a giant smudge on the mirror for at least 3 weeks, I'm sure if I had asked they would have cleaned it but the point is that I shouldn't have to ask them to maintain their gym. Also the pool isn't heated which wouldn't really be an issue but when we're paying $2,000 a month for rent, the least they could do is heat the pool up a bit. Overall though it really is a nice place, they just have some things to work on.
