I am so excited! I was able to work with Lauren to get an apartment and her professionalism was Outstanding! No matter how many times I had to call her asking questions, she was Always there to answer questions and put my mind at ease since I am moving from Virginia back home to New Jersey...I am looking forward to moving into my new home and want to say Thank You! to Lauren and the wonderful staff that helped my sister look at my apartment in my absence...I am truly truly grateful...You guys are the Best!

Victorian Gardens is a good, affordable place to live. My husband and I have no complaints. The walls are thin so sometimes you can hear your neighbor, but after a little while you get used to it. The workers are nice and helpful. If something is broken they always take care of it.

I like how these apartments seem removed from everything while being in the middle of it all. It could use some updating, but that comes with time. The staff are very friendly and maintenance is wonderfully fast and on point. Sometimes transitions and life is a little harder than other times, living here has cushioned the blow. Pleasantly surprised by how spacious yet cozy it is and very happy with our choice while able to save and enjoy ourselves instead of solely work to pay rent.

My boyfriend and I are very content being here. If I absolutely had to complain about anything it would be that the walls are very thin between the apartments. Also, I have noticed that the door buzzer doesn't work and a lot of the times the door to the building isn't closed all the way.
