I have been with Vicon for over 7 years now. In 3 different properties and I have been treated beyond kindly. These women are very kind, professional, awesome ladies. Anytime I have an issue its taken care of. And I too have had issues with my checks not coming in on time and they were so sweet about it. I have never had such wonderful landlords before. They truly are doing God's work. Would recommend to all.

YOU MUST READ! I am absolutely appalled by the way they handle business. Especially the 2 ladies who were absolute bullies. At first the company attempted to illegally evict my sister [without proper verification that she was served] (someone else answered the door while my sister was out and she did not receive the paper work until the night before the set vacancy date) [which everyone involved is to blame in that situation] As well as they did not follow the proper legal procedure for an eviction. On the early morning of the set phony eviction date I contacted the local superior court (who assured me what they were doing was not proper and legal as well as that my sister would not be evicted on that day if at all) then later on that morning (after being assured we were legally allowed to inhabit the property) 2 large women knocked on the door (my sister was in the bathroom and yelled "hold on a minute") but within literally a second or so {no exaggeration} they kicked in the door very aggressively and destroyed the interior door jam. The only reason I didn't answer it myself as I was standing behind the door at the time was because #1 they did not identify themselves, #2 it is a "well known" "rough" neighborhood and #3 I am not the tenant. As my sister ran from the bathroom to the front door (the two women) bolted down the stairs , both swearing at us and what not. Then when I shouted to them I would be contacting their company's representative as well as my attorney. The two women stated that they were doing some type of well being checkup and that our family had called their office and was extremely worried. When I then informed them I am a member of the family and that no such call was made and everyone was well aware of my sisters well being they told me they would repair the door as well as threatened to call the local police to remove us by force. I also asked for their supervisors contact information (which they failed to provide and stated we can find it ourselves and that my sister should have it) I immediately googled Vicon's local office and asked for the name Mario Celillo (which was the only name located on the invalid eviction notice) the woman who answered at their local office in Visalia was already somewhat aware of the situation as she immediately asked if we were located in the specific apartment number. She was also extremely hot headed and rude. I attempted to informed her (IN LITERALLY THE MOST RESPECTFULL AND PROPER TONE AND VOCABULARY) that I would like to record our conversation and that I would like to speak to Mr.Celillo or the immediate supervisor. She then said something to the effect of (not here) and immediately hung up without finishing her sentence. I immediately re dialed assuming the call had been dropped and began to explain that I believe we were accidentally disconnected and that I am speaking on behalf of my sister (who is now outraged and upset) and that if she needs any type of verification my sister (the tenant) is present. She then said something to the effect of (the police are on their way) and hung up. I called once again and asked (VERY RESPECTFULLY EVEN AFTER EVERYTHING) to direct me to a supervisor or corporate representative. And that I will be recording her line. She then replied IDGAF if you record me that is just fine, attempted to argue with me while very angry and hard to understand. And hung up before I could finish what I had to say. But she did hear that I would be contacting the local police. A few minutes later the 2 women arrived again with a somewhat better attitude & took pictures of the door & attempted to sway me away from calling the police because "my sister would be arrested" but in reality we were protected by the law & in no way did anything illegal, THEY DID. I contacted the local police after and will follow up with a report shortly as well as my attorney.
I can't believe a legitimate company would attempt to scare off a tenant with a invalid eviction & break in. It has been 3 hours and the door is still destroyed &I missed work
