I have been a resident at Vicino Apartments in Lakewood, CA, for the past three years, and I am extremely satisfied with the management and staff. Property managers Alan and Peggy went above and beyond to address and resolve some issues I was experiencing in my apartment. Thanks to their dedication and efficiency, my quality of life has significantly improved.

I truly appreciate their professionalism, consistency, and commitment to resident satisfaction. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Alex Peyton, and the head of maintenance, Nestor, for their hard work and excellent service. Their efforts make Vicino Apartments a great place to live.

I’ve been a resident here for a bit and I would say I like living here even though I’ve had a recent problem with roaches. The staff at the front desk have always been very nice and understanding. I just wish we had better security since I’ve had and seen a couple of packages stolen. Overall still enjoy living here. Love the 24hour laundromat..

I've been residing at the Vicino Apartments for over a year now, and I am continually impressed by the administration, particularly Peggy and Alex. They consistently go above and beyond for their tenants. During my time here, they have provided tremendous support to me and my family, for which I am deeply grateful.

The Vicino Apartments offer a safe and welcoming environment. Amenities include a playground for children, a gym for fitness enthusiasts, and a swimming pool for those hot days when you need to cool off. Additionally, the community is very pet-friendly. I highly recommend considering the Vicino Apartments; you won't regret it.

Move in experience was really smooth and easy! We love our apartment. Maintenance responds pretty quickly to concerns. Dog friendly community which is nice, except the dog poop. The office is communicative about upcoming projects and clear about community guidelines. Wish we had more than 1 assigned parking spot for a two bedroom but there is parking around the complex.

Besides only getting 1 parking spot for renting a 3 bdrm, it's been a good experience. Management is good with letting the residents know when something is going on. Only complaint would be the parking but there are other places to park as long as you have a permit. But as a warning they are serious with the towing so as long as you follow the guidelines it should be good.

It's a beautiful place with HORRIBLE parking! We weren't worried because in all of our conversations prior to moving in, we were reassured 2 parking spots. I asked every time I spoke to someone and the day before asked what the assigned spots would be and was told they were figuring those out, but not to worry because it would be sorted by the next day. Day of the move, they said it was always just 1. Still really upset by this because it's already cost us 3 parking tickets.

Lived here since 2018..in the beginning was okey than started going bad dog poop everywhere..they don't have control over it .

Roaches another big issue we fumingated few times ..
For roaches we complain they told us empty kitchen n.go.some where we planned for days no show..

No control over noise..
Had sick mom have heart issues ...emails after emails no matter what you tell.them no.solution .

If you have choice go some where else..

But appreciate them to giving us shelter for 5 plus years..

Maintenance is So slow and horrible..
Parking also a large issues always someone park at your place when you call tow they ask you for the proof that you have spot assigned to you...which hard to get .

Over all if you have choice go somewhere else ..

We had no choices

Also be really really are full on in and out horrible accidents are normal on our side ..

I've been living here since the end of June and so far it's been decent. The building itself is older and when me tenants come in, ask they do is paint over the existing paint over and over and over again. At some point all the layers need to be removed. The master shower is extremely small and outdated, and matter bedroom is in the smaller end. I do enjoy the having a pool and a gym however I wish the gym was open earlier. For this who work early we can't get a work out in before work if we wanted to. The staff is nice and maintaince has surprisingly been great and in to of any service orders.
