Whenever I want a tool or need some work done on my equipment VHR is my go to! Service and quality is what i get everytime,never been disappointed,friendly and educated staff you cant ask for more!

Be careful when renting with these guys. I rented a Bobcat for a day but they didn't tell me that I could only use it up to 8 hours or else be charged extra. They dropped the machine off a day early due to other deliveries they had so I used the machine over 8 hours and then I noticed an additional $200 charge on my credit card a few days later in addition to the $600 for rental and delivery. Very disappointed in their lack of communication as it felt like I was intentionally misled.

Needed a lift to paint for my house, and was not sure what was the best way to go. The guys at VHR listened to me, and got me the right equipment at the right price. It was delivered the next day, they answered all my questions and I had a great experience using the equipment.

Most cases, VHS have been excellent!
I rented a tiller. Machine worked fine.
I was charged for gas i didn't use. I returned the tiller, never using the gas in the gas can.
I was charged the full amount for the tank.
I mentioned it to the guy at the counter, and nothing was done.

I prefer giving my business to TV Hardware rather than the big box stores when I can. The folks there are friendly and helpful, and they almost always have just what I am looking for. The products are good quality, too.

Brought in my Stihl blower since it stopped running after exactly 5-minutes. VHR was able to diagnose the problem and repair quickly. So happy for the amazing service!!
