I am absolutely thrilled to be living at Vermella East, and I owe so much of that to Jonathan in the leasing office! From the very first interaction, he was an absolute joy to work with. He made the entire leasing process incredibly smooth and stress-free, and honestly, he made moving feel like a breeze! Jonathan was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he was also so kind, courteous, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process.

He really took the time to answer all my questions, listen to my needs, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Thanks to him, choosing Vermella East was such an easy and exciting decision — it really felt like the perfect fit. Since moving in, I’ve been nothing but impressed with how well-run everything is, and I can honestly say that Vermella East truly feels like home now. It’s a community that’s welcoming, friendly, and full of great vibes, and Jonathan and the whole team have played such a big part in making that happen! I had the absolute best experience at Vermella Apartments! I walked in last minute, hoping to find a place with just a week before my move, and Jonathan was beyond amazing. He made the whole process seamless, gave me a great tour, and got everything set up so quickly. The apartment itself is gorgeous, the amenities are fantastic, and I couldn’t be more excited to move in within the next few days. I’ve been living here since late 2022 and I absolutely love it. The gym, pool, and lounge are really state of the art. Always cleaned and maintained properly.

There’s also a business centre and conference room that is great if you work from home and don’t want to stay in your apartment all day.

The leasing office and maintenance staff are on the ball. When you send a maintenance request, they usually respond within a day. Anya and the team are always cheerful and happy to answer questions and help where need be.

The proximity to shopright, target, NJ transit station and the Harrison path stations make the location something else!

Vermella East, from the 1st time I called to inquire about an apartment at this location, I was greeted by a representative, Anya R. She has been amazing from the beginning to end of signing my lease. She was available immediately to show me a studio, and 1 bedroom apartment, also showed me the different views so I can select which one better suited my needs. Explained and showed me all the amenities and when I had multiple questions, she was available through phone or email and had a quick response and if she didn't have an answer for me she would get right back with an answer to my many questions. Just wanted to let you know what an amazing job Anya does to represent what Vermella has to offer and stand for. Thank you Anya, I really appreciate you assisting me throughout whole process.

From the moment I walked, toured and signed a lease Anya has helped me and my family tremendously and continues to do so as I write this. Maintenance team is great they come at a quick manner you won’t wait more than a day to get something done. It’s a quiet location, lots of stores nearby walking distance. Parking is assigned so no need to look for a spot at night. Feels safe and clean! Incredible teamwork is done here!

Absolutely love these apartments! Every friend who’s visited has commented on how modern and beautiful both the apartments and the community are. Plus, the maintenance team (Adan & Karim) are incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any requests.
