Took back my review of Portia...She is not a good person to deal with...never has her phone, never returns calls in a timely matter, leaves keys to the office at home....took 10 days of my life to say.."I sent you a letter". Never received a letter, is she going to reimburse me the $131.00 in fees because she claims there is a glitch! And, she says you can't go on this site, stay on the verified site only...

I have to share. From day one when I spoke to Portia this company has been God sent. I am a single mom of 4. After my divorce it proved very difficult to get a place. For 4 years we lived sharing a room or sleeping in a living room on a couch and blowup mattresses. Sometimes it’s all about timing. When I came across our current place I fell in love. It was more than what I asked God for. So when Portia stepped up and made it happen without even knowing my whole story… I was so moved. Sometimes it’s also just about someone believing in you and giving you a chance. This company has shown grace when I needed it and always responds timely. As a property owner with several years of experience with RPM I can highly recommend this company, the support is spot on, they handle any situation with extreme care efficiency and without delay which is highly commendable. The team takes great care of my property as well as taking care of the tenants concerns. RPM Executives has by far been the best management company I have had the pleasure to rent from. I recently had to move during Covid 19, which made everything even more difficult. But Dennis at RPM was professional, ready to help, but stay contactless as much as possible. And during all of life's current chaos, RPM made me feel safe as well as a beautiful place to rent.

This has been the second time I have rented through RPM Executives. The last time was about 10 years ago. Same great People, Dennis, Gary and the rest of the staff are amazing!!
