The community and homey-ness about Vello Valley is something you don't quite see a lot in the AV but here it truly is such a gift. Mandy is so genuine and kind and really helped us realize why this place we will one day call home. I've toured here twice, and I fall in love with it each time! The fact that they're a pet-friendly community, the wonderful staff and the cleanliness of the whole neighborhood really draws us in. We know a few people that live here and they all absolutely love it and can't see themselves moving out anytime soon. Manifesting moving here as soon as possible 🤍🙏🏼

I am currently a new resident at the new community in vello crossings and I absolutely love it here! The staff was so nice during our process and extremely patient. I am so grateful for each any everyone one of them. Ashley and Amanda were truly the best in helping make our decision to move here. I’ve had an excellent experience living at Vello Valley. The staff here is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. Special shoutout to Amanda and Ashley, the managers, who are absolutely fantastic! They are always approachable, attentive, and truly care about the well-being of the residents. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive community is evident in everything they do.

The maintenance team is also amazing, always quick to address any issues, often resolving them the same day. The amenities at Vello Valley are top-notch, from the well-maintained pool and fitness center to the beautiful green spaces that are perfect for relaxing. I moved out a few months ago because my sons school. But I wish we could have stayed longer. We lived there for 2 years. The maintenance team was amazing and so were Ashley and Amanda. I would definitely refer them.

We've been here for about 7 months and so far it's been great! We love the amenities - the pool, gym, and spacious yard. The team at Vello Valley has always been amazing. Amanda and Ashley are very responsive and helpful. The maintenance guys are prompt and fix anything that is needed.

Amazing community - very clean, well kept, great staff and very prompt to service.

Amanda (leasing agent) - great customer service skills. Very attentive, patient and knowledgeable about the property. Very personable and a great communicator. She’s definitely appreciated.

Because of her positive attitude, the overall experience from beginning to end of move-in and the property upkeep - we chose Vello Valley for our new home.

Vello Valley is a great community! The price may be a little high, but you get so much! The housing is beautiful, the upkeep is all handled for you, there's no maintenance, and the community events are fun. The neighborhood is clean and safe. I've never had a real emergency, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Amanda is the best to work with!

I’ve been living here for about 7 months. The team at Vello Valley are very friendly and attentive to questions or feedback. From the very start Amanda has always been very polite and welcoming, and the whole team Ashley, Rick and Kevin are also great at what they do, and all professional.
We moved from Australia, and the team were understanding and helped us adjust to the systems over here well. I would definitely recommend for internationals as I know there are many of us living in Vello Valley, and the process wasn’t too stressful.
