Absolutely congested. Encountered with pungent smell in B2 parking area. You can sense air of inconvenience across the building

Great business centre, accessible to any corner of the city.. Vasavi MPM lacks maintenance, the wash rooms are worst low maintenance though they get good amount of maintenance from each and every office, 250+ offices running in this building but no common cafeteria.

Nice architecture and well maintained and all the units are designed well and also I've known office of my friend in this Vasavi MPM grand. Nice exterior and you can also find shopping in the lower floorings and food court also available in the back gate. I liked the food here. They have maintained everything good but. Lift are not enough for every we have to wait at least 10 to 15 mins for list.
